I ordered 3 window cameras, they arrived and were not window cameras so.......there started 13 emails, originally offered £3 compensation, I told them that I wanted the cameras I'd ordered and paid for. When I said I wanted to return them for a full refund I was told I'd have to pay the shipping costs, but they sent wrong items so surely I shouldn't have to pay. Their final offer was £8 which I refused,

I ordered some jeans in October 2023, they didn’t arrive so I asked for a refund. They delivered them 2 days later in December. They are still in there original packaging not been opened or tried on. They have refused to give me a refund and are now not answering my emails. These are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them where possible

Avoid this company. Jeans took months to arrive, very poor quality and the wrong sizes one a large and the other small - waste of money and would cost more to return with no guarantee of a refund

Ordered a trouser suit.. nothing like advertised.. very poor quality, contacted help desk, they won’t give refunds offer small amount compensation., do not order from this website

It took 6 weeks to come. Very poor quality. Poor fit throughout. Nothing like in pictures on fb advert. My right boob hangs completely out no support . Will be contacting PayPal for refund.

My item hasn't arrived and it's been over a month, after getting no where with contacting the company directly, I have now raised a claim with PayPal.
Hopefully I will get my money back

Ordered 4 Jeans in June 2023, received in September 2023. 3 out of 4 faulty, not usable. Shop doesn’t answer, then finally replies to return on my own expense ( to China).
I said I’d like a return label as it’s their fault I have to return and since then never heard of them again. No refund, no email. Stuck with 3 faulty jeans now. AVOID !!! I’m still trying to get my money back over

Still havnt received my order. Nearly 2 weeks

Order was placed mid January. By mid February tracking was showing that the item was in the UK. Two weeks later, after I contacted the seller, the tracking changed to 'in transit'. It's still 'in transit' in China!
I am in the process of trying to get a refund from PayPal - but even this is problematic as the seller keeps saying in transit.
I will definitely be more wary in future and would certainly not deal with this seller again.

DO NOT BUY from this scam company. They took more money from my bank account than was authorised, never got a confirmation email and never received the item. My bank issued a new bank card as their anti fraud systems detected at risk and can only assume was because of this. I wish I'd read the reviews!

I should've read the reviews on here before ordering. Unfortunately my items never arrived. Only get auto replies to complaints. Total scam. Currently trying to get my money back through PayPal dispute but is ongoing. When I put a bad review comment on their Facebook page it was removed so to make it look like all the comments are positive. Please avoid!!!!!

Scam over charged me and not received item no way to contact or track

This product does not do what it says absolute rubbish

Ordered items from their facebook advert, looks a legit site, but the items have not arrived and they have already taken my money. Cannot get in touch with them to enquire so one is assuming that this company is a fake. If you read this then DO NOT buy from this company! Trust is a big thing when buying on line and I can say that they do not share it.
