Nice color.....comfortable...good value. If you are "between sizes", order larger as the fit is almost snug...will have to see how things go after washing. Length is very good

I ordered some swim socks (BOGOF). Took nearly a month to get here, fair enough. The items look nothing like the product advertised. The advertised socks had a thick rubber sole, these ones have small dots on the sole! They are so slippy, I'll break my neck if I wear them! One pair has a hole in the toe too. Thankfully I only paid £13, which I'll mark down as a loss. Reading these reviews, I won't bother wasting my time trying to return/get a refund.

Absolute total scam artists!!!! When my dress arrived, eventually, it did not fit correctly, so I started the returns process. Only to repeatedly be told “we sent you what you asked for..”

Still arguing daily via email, 2wks on, and so far they’ve said they’ll “let me” keep the dress & give me £4 GBP back😡😡

I’ve reported to PayPal etc and hopefully I’ll get my money back that way.
But avoid at all cost!!!

Awful company, avoid at all costs. Saying items have shipped when the clearly haven’t. Asked for a refund and continually told the item is on its way. AVOID! Total scam!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Have contacted their email address 3 times as want to return the items they don’t fit. No reply. Also took 4 weeks to arrive! Waste of £33 wouldn’t use again

Absolutely appalling customer service. Product took nearly 5 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it didn’t fit, so I requested a return and refund. The replies I kept getting via email were “can’t you give it to a friend”. “ a refund will take a long time” “ it will be expensive to return”. Then, when I said I would just like a return and refund please, they still suggested I give it to a friend. Please avoid this company. Read all the reviews. This company needs to cease trading.

Still waiting for an order to arrive since 1 June. Thinks it’s a scam and customer service is an absolute joke!

The worst company I have ever had to do with! I ordered a product and never received it! I emailed to the company and their said that they had a message that my parcel has been delivered successfully. However, I have not received it at all! They were keep writing back that they were not a customer anymore and it was me who can claim a shipment for a compensation. Funny thing is that I had different trucking number than they sent me when I contacted with them! And my trucking number showed that the parcel was delivered in USA and left on the porch where I live in UK and have no porch. They did not even know who delivered the parcel for me! Horrible company !! Avoid them !

Absolutely disgusting company do not buy anything from them, ordered swim sock and they are utter rubbish. They are 1.98 on another site, utter scammers and sell junk, no customer service to help, will never buy again from this shocking company..... beware scam ......

Ordered in good faith fully expecting to be able to return to UK address and refund in full within 30 days. Their response has been to ask for pictures, emails back n forth but no returns info forthcoming. So far they've offer me £4 rather than £20! I will now leave with my credit card co to go after them to get the money back.

Please do not buy anything from this company. Bought and paid for two orders of different sized footwear on a buy one got one free yet only received one of each. After numerous emails including copies of purchase order they still say order was correct and offered a £2 as compensation. I am finally giving up as I do not know where to go or what to do next.

Not even one star. An absolute scam - taken the money, no product has arrived, and they refuse to refund. My next step is to report them as a scam company - please, don't buy from them. There is nowhere to leave negative comments on their website, and any negative comments are hidden on posts.

Ordered Brad from them, they don't fit so I emailed them to return and I can't because they sent the right size. AVOID!! Disgusting scam artists.

Declining to give a refund after sending me wrong size trousers. Offered my £3.00 in compensation! Total scam artists. Oh, and I’m about to throw their refund policy right back in their face because no where does it say they don’t allow refunds……. You are actually entitled to a full refund it’s just the people who ‘run’ this ‘company’ for want of a better word will tell you they don’t allow refunds as per their refund policy….. might I suggest they actually read their own refund policy.
