Ordered a three seater couch from their website. The colour that we ordered was beige. The couch that got delivered was orange in colour. Raised the concern with their support and they admit that the colour on the website is not the one they sent but still there was no resolution.
The wrong colour couch that delivered is also of poor quality. Be careful when ordering from this website.

I should have checked the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. I urge all future buyers to read the 1 star reviews. The 5 star reviews are written by their internal employees. There is nothing remotely 5 star about this company, the products they sell and the brand in general.

Saraf furniture is the most trusted brand when it comes to buying furniture. I brought a dinning set from them last month and it is the best decision I’ve ever made thankful for the team for providing such great experience.

There is no negative star, hence had to give one star. This is a fraud business cheating people of their hard earned money with low quality , damaged, unfinished furniture. I placed order on Oct 12, 2023 for bed side table via insaraf.com online website & recd on Oct 19.. But to my horror, the piece received was nothing hear to the picture in their website & the claims they make in their advt videos. The bedside table had
unfinished corners with sharp wood pieces jutting out posing hazard to anyone who may come in touch with it. Also, one side of the head handle was broken. The drawers are crooked & do not sit properly. I have raised a grievance in jaago grahak jaago, Gov website. Hoping to get a favourable response. Those who got cheated by this fraud company, please raise a grievance in Jaago grahak jaago for consumers website. Others, please beware and do not buy from insaraf.com

Ordered a table with them for my business, with a written commitment to deliver on a certain date. Now they claim a delay of over a month and are refusing to cancel the order. I am about to file a consumer court complaint next week

BIG MISTAKE! I made the mistake of ordering furniture online because I live overseas. I called them immediately afterwards to ensure they will be delivered within the date range they specified. I was in the country for 3 weeks and the date range was well within this time. When it did not come I called them, and they said it would be delivered before I left. A couple of days before I left it still had not come and I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They asked me to email them, which I did. They said they would let me know the update soon. I followed up twice after returning from India, and they said they will check with the senior management. A month afterwards, I called them. I was told it was not their poliocy to cancel the order and they will not issue a refund. They gave me two options- to have it delivered at a different address or hold it for a year until I come, both of which were not acceptable to me. Why would I trust a company that had not sent me the shipment on time? There was no resolution, except an email that said it will be shipped within the next 2 hours- to an empty apartment to which I had told them I will not return for a year! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

This company is a scam. My order No. #INSF552122133. Paid 100% advance. Product never got delivered. Multiple follow ups, different excuses, keep extending the delivery date until you get fed up and realize that it’s a scam. They show some photos on their website, take your money and then never deliver. Also they will not refund your money. Please don’t place any order with this company. They are fraud and it’s a scam.

Worst service … i have booked my sofa of June 7th 2023 and still now that is August 8th i din’t received my sofa , i keep on calling the customer care people when ever i call they keep postponing 10 days more … pls guys i am requesting u all don’t purchase anything frm them … they will not stand on there words , now i am worried abt my money which i have already paid with out receiving my sofa . They r not trustworthy.

FRAUD & SCAMMERS

Insaraf.com website is a fraud business. I had ordered a product and they delivered a totally different products. Despite of calling them again and again. They refused to accept it and there is not channel to get refund or return the product.

I am forced to give one star as option for below that is not available.
I had ordered one shoe rack and even after the committed delivery date is gone long back there is only further dates being provided. There is no option for cancellation, no refund and the customer care executives are expert in providing you hollow assurances and apologies.
In case you are looking for time bound delivery, my advice will be not to go for this supplier.
Absolutely unprofessional service. In case you order best would be to forget the date and schedule so that you do get disturbed.

Placed order 75 days ago.. no status update or delivered. Every time I call they say they deliver in a week but no update.

Worst service I have ever received from any seller. They sold you the broken furniture then they will not refund or replace for infinite. I have been calling everyday since last 2 month and every time they give new date for replacement. There is no escalation path above customer support number. It is like banging your head on wall listening to same reply without any commitment over email.

We ordered quite a lot of furniture (Coffee table, TV unit, Dining table, 4 chairs & Corner bookcase unit) on 16th October 2020, it was all supposed to arrive 10th November 2020.
After many phone calls we eventually received the Coffee table, TV unit & 4 chairs on 30th December 2020, the delivery note stated 5 boxes/packages there was only 4, we immediately email the company.
The TV unit was ok, the coffe table top was NOT smooth, 2 of the chairs had damage, we decided not to complain, but wait for the corner unit/bookcase and dining table to arrive, so then we could check those and place just 1 complaint.
The corner bookcase arrived 18th January 2021, the condition was terrible, nearly all the joints were wide open & covered in glue. After many, many more phone calls & emails over the following 2 months, with all the same repeated LIES, we still had not received a dining table. Now 19 months later we still have not received a dining table.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, AND AM SURE THAT ANY GOOD REVIEW IS WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES, STAFF OR FAMILY.

Horrible !!! Never ever buy any product from Saraf furniture. No customer care, nobody gives an exact date when the order will be delivered. Followed up for 150 days, no. of mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, tagged Yet to receive only 2 products, had ordered 3 products on the 16 August 2021… order value is almost Rs.50,000.. and this is how they treat a customer!!! The rot has started from the top, an entire organization not feeling like responding.
Very very pathetic company!!!

Hi,
I am a repeat customer for insaraf furniture and i truly appreciate the quality of product they deliver. However, this time around when i ordered for a double bed, the courier delivered a damaged part. I was really surprised to see the delivery person handling the parts alone, considering it required 3 persons to unload the product from their van to my house (in ground floor). And as i guessed the one of the product part was damaged. I raised a complaint #179211 on Aug 15 2021. Its been over 5 months and i have been getting only false hopes and assurances that the part is ready to ship but till date nothing. There is no escalation process and no one bothers to let me know the real status of the replacement. While i continue to follow-up, i hope the top management take cognisance of the fact that existing customers complaint resolution is something they need to look into seriously and show that they count.
Hoping for a closure.

It took 117 days to deliver side table that too after innumerable phone calls & emails. Workmanship is very bad.appears to have been handled by a amateur carpenter who call themself solid wood specialist.alingnment is very poor. product is not worth the price paid. definitely not the company to opt for

I bought a bar cabinet initially they supplied a broken product after much delay after innumerable calls and mails they delivered a new product after 3-4 months. the piece has quality issues I have made more than 30 calls in the past 1 month but still my issue is yet to be resolved..
