Fast delivery, great communication, great product.

Been using for about a week now, Overall great PC that can handle anything with ease. Team responded quickly and The build/delivery time matched with what was promised on the site. Definitely recommend

The computer is very well built, with meticulous attention to detail (e.g., cabling, ventilation, etc.). The package includes adequate protection and cushioning in all critical areas. The BIOS was configured correctly, and the pre-installed Windows included all key drivers and ran smoothly out of the box. Overall, a solid 5 stars (from a former PC engineer).

Strongly recommend Inside Tech for sure!

Bought a fractal ridge mini pc and has been flawless since arrival and the customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're also very quick to get in touch with and will aid you with you're PC after delivery too. I was anxious whilst waiting for it to be built and delivered but was reassured and kept in the loop of what was happening every step of the way.

Couldn't recommend this company any more and will definitely be returning in the future for upgrades and or further help with my PC.

Great pc at great price and very fast at responding to any questions I had. Only downside was having to be patient for it to be built but definitely worth the wait

Finally decided to upgrade from a 1080ti to a Fractal North 5090 pc.
What a joy!! WoW,POE2 and Diablo 4 ultra settings running well over 250 FPS.
Cant wait to try Battlefield 6:)

The PC that arrived yesterday was super sturdy and beautiful. The quality of the cable management is amazing. So far I have not experienced any issues with the PC. I would recommend buying from this company.

However, the time it took for this PC to be sent to me was way too long. It took about a week and a half for this PC to be sent.

Communication with this company is amazing, when I rung my phone someone instantly picked up and the live chat person always responded within a minute.

Overall, this company is amazing for buying a high price computer and I would 100% recommend as long as if your patient.

Bought a fractal north 9800x3d 5080 build from these guys, great looking machine and handles everything I throw at it with ease, was a really good price too. This computer is a beast and even better than I expected! If you spend about 1.5 grand you'll get a rig that's hard to even push to its limit. Plenty of headroom. Also they were very quick and good at comms.

Also dont panic if the cpu cooler comes off when you remove packaging because it just magnetises back on which is a new thing for me.

Overall blown away by the most powerful and fast computer Ive ever used.

Bought a rtx 5080 ryzen 9 pc, no clue about PC’s needed jt before the weekend. They made it quick and came as advertised. 100% recommend.

I ordered the AMD Icon – Ryzen 9 5950X – 4060 Gaming PC. Great PC, and really quiet. Setup was easy and effortless. Inside tech said it would take up to 6 working days to build, and they kept to their time frame. On the 6th day, I was informed that the PC was undergoing testing before dispatch. It was dispatched on the 7th day, and i received it on the 8th day. Would highly recommend Inside tech. Definitely coming back for when I need upgrades.

Purchased a refurbished Akira PC, works great, customer service was a big highlight, responded promptly which was very refreshing. James was also very transparent with the building process and also adjusted the CPU I needed according to my needs. Will shop here more frequently

I had been trying to get hold of a RTX 5090 since its release date in January but everything sold out in seconds with every online shop I tried, then within the hour they on eBay for £4000 +.
I constantly tried to get one searching every day and then one popped up at this company.
I had never heard of Inside-Tech before so was a bit concerned when ordering the graphics card as it was a good price compared to other online retailers although at this time no other online retailers had a 5090 and still don't as of the date writing this review.
However I did receive an email thanking me for my order but after a few days I was still a bit concerned so I contacted Inside-Tech you will get an automated email straight away but they contact you back in less than 24 hours so I felt reassured.
I was kept up to date with their delivery of the cards and was notified when it was going to be dispatched.
The card arrived on the 7th April 2025, it well packaged and sealed by the manufacturer, so brand new.
I haven't had time to fit it yet as I am upgrading a few other things but wow!!! what a great service from Inside-Tech, superb customer service, free delivery and great price.
For my next upgrade or if doing another build I will certainly check out Inside-Tech as their prices are really good, check them out.

Recently bought a decent build from inside tech, my second pre bulld that I've got from this company and I wouldn't go to any other company. These guys sre fantastic, had some concerns about the case and cpu cooler and they swapped it out for other components that would help with airflow and keeping the cpu cooler at no extra cost, also upgraded me from a 4070ti super to a 5070ti which I've been more than happy with. The build has had no issues and I love it. If ever I need to purchase anything to do with gaming PCs this is the company I always use. Communication, customer relations, and fantastic service all 10/10,thank you!
