These guys are amazing

These guys are amazing. I rang them needing a high spec PC at short notice, I won't say how short as don't want to set unrealistic expectations, but they absolutely pulled it out the bag. Very reasonable cost, great service, and I'm confident if I have any issues they'll sort me out.

Omg i have never had such amazing…

Omg i have never had such amazing customer service from James, was left feeling like a valued customer, they couldn't do anymore to be a outstanding customer service. Thank you and defo will be shopping more with this company. if i could have given 100 stars would have, 5 out 5 will have to do.

High quality, and rapid delivery

They took my order, which I felt was very close to Christmas, and delivered the completed build about 3 days later which was fantastic. My son switched it on and literally off he went. Great job and I'll be back for my next son in two year's time.

Perfect customer service

Iv, not even recieved my sons pc yet but speaking to the team with instant response and there going out of there way to try and get the pc ready for my sons birthday, any one who's thinking of using this company for a pc I would highly recommend

Great customer support

Great customer support. My wifi stopped working and I contacted them (while they were closed, on New Year’s Eve!) and James walked me through the process of getting it working again. Took about 20 minutes, via whatsapp messaging. These guys are definitely living up to the reports I’ve read of excellent customer service. No regrets buying from them!

Excellent after sales care

We took delivery of a new PC from Inside-Tech in February 2024 and have been very happy with it. On 28 December it suddenly developed a problem. We did various tests to try to identify the cause and suspected the graphics card had failed. I e-mailed Inside-Tech to ask about returning the unit as it was still under guarantee but I didn't expect a response until the new year. To my surprise, Chris replied within five minutes! After a short back and forth of e-mails, Chris helped us diagnose the problem - an HDMI cable with a slightly wobbly connection on one end. We had already checked this ourselves and tried another cable without success but, prompted by Chris to try it again, we found it solved the problem.

Great result and fantastic after care. Thanks so much Inside-Tech and particularly Chris! Wishing you all the best for 2025.

Brilliant team with 5 star service very…

Brilliant team with 5 star service very helpful could not ask for a better service .
Can’t thank the team enough for helping me out and providing my child with the pc he has always dreamed of.

As soon as we have messaged or asked any questions they have responded straight away straight forward very nice guys and explained everything ever so helpful

Would recommend inside tech 100 % to go to look for a brilliant pc amd service

I would like to share my positive…

I would like to share my positive experience with the company's effective communication, especially during the moments when I encountered difficulties placing my order.

I was ordering a Christmas gift and, due to work commitments, I unfortunately left it until the last minute. The company has alleviated a great deal of my stress, and we eagerly anticipate receiving our order. To express my appreciation, I believe it is only fair to leave a follow-up review, which our son will provide. Thank you once again for your assistance; based on my experience thus far, I would certainly recommend your services.

I bought and ordered a SSF mini intel…

I bought and ordered a SSF mini intel office pc on 6 Nov. It was noted that it can take 5-6days to build. Not a problem! I thought with that understanding I should expect within 2 weeks. I waited until Friday 22 Nov as I haven't received any communication or delivery info. I sent an email asking where is my order and when can I expect it. I received a reply on Mon 25 Nov saying it's despatched and I should receive next day Tuesday 26 Nov. I received delivery on Thursday 28 Nov.
On receiving and opening the box I was surprised there wasn't a despatch note or any information to confirm what was delivered. I hooked up the pc on Sunday and checked for what was installed in regard to Ram and Boot Drive. Checking the drive I saw my memory was total was 930Gb instead of the 1TB that I ordered. That's 70 GB less! I went into the BIOs to check the boot drive. This confirmed the 930gb but also a different make of drive that I asked for from the options they have on website. I received a Kingston Renegade SNV2S1000G instead of XPG Sx8200 Pro 3500.Checking the make of the ram to my surprise again another make from what was ordered. Instead of a COrsair 3200MHZ I received Kingston Renegade. I tried checking the web for the Kingston Renegade SNV2.....Couldn't find it as what I could find was later models. What I did find it was available in 2022. Last but not least, I ordered office Home and Business 2019 which wasn't included.

I was very disappointed as no communication was given to why the specs was changed, long wait for delivery unable to access 1TB of memory. I did ring inside tech yesterday Monday 2nd. Explanation was windows doesn't recognise the memory and there is nothing they can do about that! Well why sell 1TB if I can't access it. What's the point of that? I got an apology for the ram but no explanation why it was changed. Lastly I was told Kingston Renegade SNV2S1000G is a XPG SX8200 Pro3500. This not true they are 2different models and manufacturers. In regard to Office 19 they forgot to send in email
I'm sorry this is not acceptable. I didn't get what I paid for. Even though I gave you the opportunity to explain your rationale for changing what I ordered, why it took longer to despatch. You are praised by other reviews for your communication but my experience it's been terrible. I was told that an email will be sent to me with link for office 2019. I rang at 10:20am in the morning. I had to send an email to remind you to send me again at 1:30pm as I haven't received it. I did receive email with link at 2pm.
To resolve this I either want a a part refund for you not supplying and me not receiving what I ordered. Otherwise, you collect and give me a full refund. I have decided to ask here as it seems you prefer written communication to respond.
UPDATE 21 DEC 2024:
Guys, where you write I rang on a week day it's a bit misleading and dismissive. I rang on the day of writing my review. I rang 10:20 am in the morning and sent an email again at 1:30pm request Iink for office 2019. I then received link at 2pm.
Anyways, I can go back and forth with your reply but I won't. However, I'm giving an upgrade of 2 more stars because the beginning journey with Inside Tech didn't start off too well in regard to communication, customer support and delivery. However, I had a problem with my fan and pc was overheating. After remote support with James and trying to figure out the problem, Inside Tech redeemed themselves with ongoing communication and great customer support which earned them a further 2 stars. Eventually and together we found the problem. Inside Tech collected my pc for free, upgraded my case and refunded me £20 for the inconvenience. Thank you.

We are unsure why you didnt get our emails but we can confirm they were sent, we appreciate that they didnt reach you however and that looks bad, we have looked into this and can see no issues with our emails but we will continue to monitor to ensure no one gets this again as best we can. Fractal Terra Build

After emailing them a few weeks ago with a few questions, they got back to me within 4 hours and answered all the questions thoroughly and in a friendly manner. Placed the order and the PC arrived today very well packaged, and when booting into Windows was pleased to see no bloatware. Cable management looks great as well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service and products

Excellent presales process, PCs always received in full working order, quickly and exactly to my specification. Very competitive prices and a wide range of stock ready to go. Post sales support also crucially excellent. Highly recommended.

Would give 6 stars if I could

Would give 6 stars if I could, bought my pc from inside-tech about 3 years ago when RTX 30 series were a pain to get a hold of, inside tech were incredible in helping me pick the right parts for my pc and with a very friendly team it goes hand in hand. They have even left the shop open 30 minutes extra today as I was late for my pick up, these guys offer the best customer service and are very honest people 😊 thank guys!

What can I say, I don't think I've ever experienced such a high level of customer service and especially after sales care. I can't recommend Inside Tech highly enough. Chris Stone has been so helpful throughout. This was my second purchase from Inside Tech and it won't be my last! If you're in the market for a PC - then go with these guys, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Chris, sorry for all my questions!
