worst company to book with them, Alert Alert Alert

I paid the company my money for full package (hotel, flight, tours, visa, etc) but couldn't secure me a visa. I asked for a refund of my money but they are dodging me.

I had a terrible experience with InstaTravelandTour. I paid in full for my flight ticket, visa, and hotel reservation, and submitted all the necessary documents for my visa application. After waiting for almost a week, I received nothing but excuses when I called to follow up. They repeatedly dodged my calls and gave me misleading information, leaving me in the dark until the very last minute. As a result of their unprofessional behavior, I missed my flight.

InstaTravelandTour completely failed to deliver on their promises, acted irresponsibly, and are clearly running a scam. I strongly advise against using their services – they are scammers and cannot be trusted.

I would like to share my bad experience with this company to warn other people
I applied for a visa and I sent all the required documents he sent me a visa within 24 hours but unfortunately, when I used this visa I discovered that it was a fake visa I couldn't go to Saudi Arabia because of Insta travel company

They are scams. Do not trust them; they have stolen USD 139 from me and asked me to get an additional 300 without providing any service.

scammers, they take your money and never complete the service.

I had taken the visa service for Egypt. The provider was supposed to meet us at the airport. He did not turn up and I had to pay for a fresh visa. The guy who discussed the whole deal does not respond now +971509838423
Also I had booked a day trip in Egypt and paid the full amount. Here too the guide did not come and I had to rebook the whole trip. They promised to return the amount and now they are not responding.
I will proceed for a legal action

Advised us to make payment for Dubai visa where as we were granted visa on arrival at the airport. Cheated! Later denied to make refund of the money. Instead provided us transport and tickets to Palm Jumeirah. The driver dropped us to Palm Jumeirah and advised us to call before 10 minutes when we arrive at the ground floor. We were completely unaware of one hour time bound tour in Palm Jumeirah. The driver had already left. When we called to pick us up, the Insta tours and travels messaged us to go back to hotel by taxi. They will not make arrangements to send us back to hotel.
If you are visiting Dubai do not hire their services. They are extremely selfish and does not keep the customer first. Not a value for money.
Inatead use public transport and book the tickets to visit the place of your choice via online in advance before you arrive in Dubai. You will save a lot of dirhams and spend on yourself by buying souvenirs or food. Have a very nice memorable trip to Dubai by planning by your self.

1)Marina Dhow cruise arrangement was far below expectation Need proper alignment between pick up driver and agency otherwise visiting tourist will be frustrated when enter Dubai on day 1 to get this experience
2)Remaining days desert safari , Dubai and Abudhabi tour arrangements are very good . Drivers Nasrullah and Imran pick up on time and explaining very well
3)Pick up and drop arrangements are well arranged
Overall very good experience in Dubai with this arrangements

The safari was exciting the dunes ride was very fun. We enjoy the dinner and the show in the camp. My personal favorite was the ride on the camel.
