Easy ordering. Advised that the insulation I had ordered was out if stock and offered an alternative product.

Only drawback was the size of the delivery vehicle. I had to have the insulation delivered elsewhere and move it in my own van. Not the end of the world, but a little irritating.

Insulation express delivered exactly what I ordered exactly when they said they would. Their prices were good. I have no complaints whatsoever and cannot think of any ways the service could be improved. Totally happy customer.

I ordered Celotex insulation panels and some sheets of plasterboard.
Found web site easy to use, prices were competitive and my choice of delivery date was an added bonus. I have now used the company twice, and will continue to do so. Delivery driver was most helpful and helped me to stack my purchases in the garage.
I would recommend insulation Express to family and friends without hesitation.

Very good service

Reliable delivery, of standard insulation products at a good price

Ordered 6 boards , 4 on delivery damaged , one was damaged to the point when lifted off it broke in half , the remaining 2 were scored badly . 55kg boards loaded on to the trailer right at the top on pallet , had to remove by hand , delivery driver had no fork truck or even a licence to drive one . photos were taken and emailed to company , as yet still no reply from company . boards are now somewhere in landfill . not fit for purpose so i just cut my loses and cut them up and binned them . i will not be using this company ever . absolutely disgusted .

Sent 10 sheets of wrong plasterboard. Cost me £200 in un-used carpenter labour, as he could not use the sheets i received. Carpenter arrived at 8:00am and left by 8:15am. Contacted Insulation express, Chris Lindsey said he could not give me any answers. All phone lines to insulation express and SIG do not work; No response by Chris Lindsey. My project is now way behind, i now have to rearrange the plasterer who can not do my job now until end of November. Absolutely AWFUL experience and absolutely no resolution.

Brilliant service, everything came as ordered and most importantly on time. Hope they will keep this standard up. Three delivered to two deferent jobs Will use them again on my next building project very happy with the service.

Good product, delivered quickly.

Excellent communication even though delivery a little later than expected. Delivery was pallet onto the pavement outside. We'll wrapped no damage. Great price.
