Terrible completely wrong items sent no paper work to return with items so how are you supose to return!! Order number if you're bothered 266154

Made an online order for a fridge shelf, which was indicated on its website as “Available” which implies to the customer that its ‘In-stock’. But No! It’s means: they don’t have it, but they’ll take your money anyway and they’ll hopefully know where they can get hold of one from a third party source.
Anyone can set up an online shop and sell anything on that premiss! This is highly deceptive selling and should be illegal. This is taking people’s money for something they don’t have.
Not surprisingly the goods took an age to arrive after chasing it up through a phone call and two ignored emails to customer services. Also take note, Interspares don’t reply or even look these reviews, so that says it all in terms of their customer care and reputation.

The ordering of parts was very easy,update and delivery date and times were excellent, no problems at all.

The product I ordered arrived and fitted as described, but for the last hand shelf bracket was £11, while the right hand one was £18 . They are the exactly the same brack why the difference

Well the item was sent to the wrong address and returned back to the company, I phoned they told me they were sorry and return the item back, having waited two weeks I called again to be told it hadn't even been sent out, wasn't happy as I was having to cancel my engineer who was booked to fix my problem

Excellent company with best customer service. They helped me to identify the part required and, once purchased, it was delivered very quickly.

Parts are available at good prices.

The initial order took about 6 weeks to reach me. No response to my emails, and when I did speak to someone after about a month I was advised that 'there are other customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the same part'. Lord only knows how long they must have waited. When the part did arrive it was faulty, but no complaints regarding the prompt replacement. I have now received a bill from Interspares for £0.03p, which I'm not clear what it's for? I won't be calling to find out.

Awful customer services. I attempted to ask a question before ordering an item. I got no answer and decided to order the item anyway.

The item arrived and was not suitable - I have attempted to contact the company to arrange return and again, no reply.

Ordered the part required. It came fairly quickly. It was installed and it worked perfectly. Perfect.

We bought a replacement bottom refrigerator door basket/ drawer for our inbuilt unit ( which I had dropped when taking out to clean ....the new part is almost identical...I have recommended this site to one of my work colleagues

Good communication, fast delivery and product as described

I thought I’d write a review given the existing feedback.

They take their time with delivery. My item took 3 weeks and there was no communication until I got a dispatch email 3 weeks after ordering (item says in stock on website).

That said, item is what I required and I wasn’t massively in a rush to receive it. So overall, slow service, but product as described.

If you need an item urgently, probably a good bet to go elsewhere.

Our drawers on our freezers were broken .This company supplied the 3 drawers at a competitive price with super quick delivery and came in a well packaged box .will use this company again
