The estimate and booking process was really smooth. I felt assured that they were providing me with fair practices and competitive rates. After they took my things away, I had a minor change of plans and they were so accommodating and prompt in their support. All throughout this process, they were always available when I needed to reach them.

International Movers Network handled our move from Pittsburgh, PA, USA to Stockholm, Sweden. This process took 1 year as my visa took forever to arrive. Anyways - they were fast and efficient with packing our items and are shipment was quickly ushered onto a cargo ship. Our items were rapidly shipped and arrived here in Stockholm Sweden and they even arrived to our home a few days ahead of the estimated arrival date. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great shipping company! Everything arrived intact and in good condition. The delivery guys from the initial pick up and final delivery were professional and courteous. No problems at all. I’m very happy with everything and I will definitely use them again.

I admit I was a bit doubtful throughout the process that they would deliver on their ETA, wasn't sure how much support I'd get once the shipment left the US, but I was blown away by the support and customer service throughout!

They were very helpful with describing the process involved with shipping my belongings from the US to Portugal. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the moving service from International Movers Network. I have a schedule change for my international move and need to find a moving company within a week. International Movers responded very fast and helped me arrange a move within one week. I was not charged extra from the quote they gave me. I got all my stuff intact, very professional wrapping, no damage no lost. So very much appreciate their service. I would recommend them as a good value service. If any suggestion, I would recommend they can combine the multiple payments into one so that I do not need to send multiple checks, and can save my time and get my belongings earlier. Other than that, I would highly recommend their service.

We had an amazing experience with the International Movers Network staff and overall process of our relocation from USA to Europe - Slovakia. Not only Evelyn have been very helpful and navigated us through the entire process, allowed us to self pack our belongings in the shipping container, load an unload, which saved us some money, but also kept in touch throughout the entire journey, customs paperwork and the likes. We have a lot of glass cabinets, heirloom china and so on, and everything arrived in a perfect condition without a single scratch, even earlier than we expected. I would recommend their services to anyone, especially folks who do this kind of huge move for the first time. Truly a 5 star experience, thank you!

Do not use this company!
We used them to transport our belongings from Florida to the UK. Firstly, items were not packed properly resulting in a number of breakages. In fact, china mugs etc were just left to rattle around in a plastic container with no packaging at all, while a large china serving plate was just pushed down the side of one box, no packaging.

The list of items that they filled in was illegible so it was impossible to check the number of boxes when they arrived. One box did not arrive at all resulting in the loss of items that meant a lot to our family. The person I spoke to at the company did not seem to be worried about this at all, in fact was very dismissive.

The identification stickers on the boxes were ridiculously small, about an inch square, with no customer name.

We paid for insurance but were told this was invalid as we did not claim within two weeks. My personal circumstances meant that I could not empty and check all those boxes within that time. Very disappointed!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was shipping the contents of my storage unit from Seattle to Spain. I was quoted 2 months, and $7000 for this process. My things arrived, 8 months later, with severely damaged items due to poor packing. I won't drone on about every little thing. But the communication was basically non existent. My Items took nearly 3 months to leave the US and then sat in customs in the Netherlands for almost another 3 months, which in itself was ridiculous, because I live in costal Spain with a major international port less than 5 miles from my home. I was treated very disrespectfully and never really given any reasons for the delays. When, finally, after months of being blown off, I lost my temper, I was given $250 amazon gift card and platitudes. During this time, I went into expat FB asking west coast people how their moves were going. Others doing basically the same move, using other companies, had their things in 6-9 weeks. The insurance company was another lovely experience. The paltry sum I was offered as replacement for my broken items, was over a month late in getting to me, as the insurance company who works with IMN, told me they didn't have enough money in their accounts to give me my $1300 settlement. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it was not just one person or one department that was problematic, it was every person in every link of the chain. Beware of this company and do not just use positive reviews as your only marker for wether a company is trust worthy.

I highly recommend this company. They helped me move from the US to Germany and were professional, thorough and quick to respond to every question I had (and I had a lot!). They were also very pleasant to work with. I did a lot of research before choosing them to make the big move and am very glad I did!

My experience with IMN relates to a move from the USA to Melbourne, Australia. This was made at a time when international shipping was in a state of chaos during the COVID pandemic, so my expectations were not high concerning the speed of pickup, transport and delivery. IMN's quote was very competitive, and initial loading of my property was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Transportation involved passage on three ships, but connections occurred rapidly and the goods arrived at the port in Australia in a surprisingly timely manner. Clearance through Customs and delivery to my home in Melbourne were again performed swiftly, and everything turned up in good condition. Communications with the IMN staff and with the final stage delivery company (Star Moving) throughout the process were excellent. I could not have asked for better service overall.

IMN provided the storage and shipment of our personal items when we relocated from Geneva, Switzerland to Long Island. They were excellent. We were unable to receive our shipment immediately (having just bought a new house) so they stored our items until we were ready to recieve them. When delivery day arrived, their crew was punctual, outprofessional and exceedingly efficient. Through the experience the Team at IMN (John, Ilana and Gal) were highly responsive and supportive as moving ain't easy. Thank you!

Payment was made full on June 9th and I was assured my shipment will be sailing soon. As you can see from International Movers Network answer, details about the sailing was only sent on the 28th of July - more than 2 months after my shipment was picked and more than 1 month and half after full payment...
Contrary to the US part of the company, the company in the Netherland keep me updated on a weekly basis and while they only received my shipment in August, they are confirming working on the custom procedure to be able to deliver it ASAP. Details were shared with the company on August 2nd after the NL company reach out to ask details.

They picked the content of my apartment end of May 2021 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered, 3 months later. Extremely salty bill and having to buy again most of the things I am moving... (you know the whole point of moving is to NOT re-buy your furniture...)

We are very thankful for the good care you and your team took to get our goods delivered in The Netherlands. Picking up our goods in Philadelphia was a smooth process and the staff was very friendly. We also appreciated the contact via email throughout the process to keep us updated about the status of our goods. All in all: we are very happy that we decided to let IMN take care of our relocation!
