worst removal company I’ve ever come in contact with

I would not recommend these people to anyone it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had moving furniture firstly they quoted me a price then once they had possession of my furniture they doubled the fee then they told me delivery would be 6/8 weeks it took more like 6 months not only this but they actually sent my furniture to a different continent then when it eventually arrived it was damaged beyond repair and when I complained John told me I didn’t take the insurance option so there was no compensation to be had and he hoped I could get a carpenter that would repair it at little cost these people couldn’t care less my furniture went from Florida to Qatar then to me in the UK it took 6 months and they take no responsibility absolutely appalling behaviour on their part wish I’d never heard of them

Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed, the port warehouse made an error and switched your shipment with another shipment to Qatar.
As soon as we noticed this matter, IMN did all that we could have done and made sure that your shipment was loaded onto the next available vessel ASAP from Qatar to the UK without any additional fees.
We are truly sorry for the delay, it was a human error that was fixed and corrected by us immediately.
After you received your goods, you claimed their were damages.
The damages don’t prevent you from using your goods.
At the time you signed the contract, you declined the option to purchase insurance.
On 9/20/2018, John advised you there was an additional handyman fee, as of today, we have yet to receive payment for you for the additional handyman service that was not part of the contract we agreed upon.

Have been working with John

Have been working with John at International Movers Network over the last 15 months. Services used included packing, storage, moving and unpacking. We had a difficult assignment for them with a lot of uncertainties and complexity along the way. John and the team were incredible and dealt with our constantly changing circumstances with a great attitude. They were always easy and friendly to deal with and gave us comfort and confidence that everything was under control.

Highly recommended!

Beware of Trash Service

Trash! Worst company ever. Please stay away from these folks. ! Manager is very rude. All he cares about is getting the money from you. After that, communication is minimal at best. Will quote you low price then charge you twice as much for final bill. Says they give exceptional service. They are surely mistaken. Outrageous! If I could rate negative stars, they would definitely receive them all!

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. An antic table and wine cellar broken, 1 boxe missing. The competitive price is only justify by the incompetence of the people they work with.

Very Happy Customer!

I'd like to thank everyone at International Movers Network for their assistance with my shipment. The relocation process can be very stressful but your team made it very easy for me. I was very happy that the final invoice was that of which we initially agreed to upon signing contract. I was also very glad to receive my shipment in excellent conditions. Your company truly stands by it's words. If I ever have to relocate I have no doubt in my mind that I would use your services again and I will definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and family in need of moving services. I just moved back home to Boston

I just moved back home to Boston , MA from California and couldn't be any more thankful for International Movers Network! I was in a rush the last few weeks to complete the move before Thanksgiving and they were able to ease my anxiety and guide me every step of the way. All my belongings arrived on time and in perfect condition - saving me the hassle of flying back to California after the holidays to pack and move before starting my new job December. Now I can fully relax and enjoy the holidays with my family!

Do not put yourself through such a terrible ordeal !!

Terrible company. Do but put yourself through such stress. Firstly they claimed a delivery time frame that there was no way they could do but didn’t tell me until the day before pick up.
Turned up 7 hours late and didn’t answer or return messages left with me stressing out about where they were and then the drivers said the boss told them not to worry about the time they were suppose to be with me and sent them in another job first.
I have them measurements and full descriptions of the items moving and classified it as a one bedroom house (250-450 cubic feet). The quote was estimated at 205 cubic feet after my measurements etc as they couldn’t be bothered to come out and give ana exact quote. When my things were loaded on to the ship they then stated the total was 276 cubic feet and tried to charge me three times the price. This clearly is what they do to people because they changed the paper work to say they quoted for 150 cubic feet which is ridiculous when my bed alone was 200 cubic feet. They are clearly professionals at doing this to people and when I wouldn’t pay they threatened to keep my things and sell them until they had the over inflated price was paid.
I had no choice but to pay so they are happy to blackmail you and think how they treat you is okay when it most certainly isn’t. It was all The money I had left to live on having had to move because my parents were taken ill and needed me.

I have proof of everything I have said from the quote from them to basically being blackmailed into paying more otherwise ‘my items will be sold’.

Your company loaded the exact items that were quoted for from my house and onto the pallet. I had nothing to do with it. I didn’t add anything but you then told me upon arrival in the UK I had to pay a further £2000 more than was quoted.

One item they pack was damaged beyond repair and they refused to do anything about it. It was worth a lot of money but priceless to me as it was a gift, a stinking antique mirror which i asked them to pack to make sure it was safe.

Whatever excuses they claim, I have written proof that every word I have said is the truth and have reported them.

This was the worst experience ever!!

Feedback is incorrect.
IMN picked all that the client show us, more items from what the client told us at 1st.
After placing her goods on pallets, the total CF ended at 276, and the proof was sent to the client.

Deceiving and misleading

Deceiving and misleading. They say free storage for 30 days then start charging you after your goods arrive to their destination. The price they quote you is not the prive you will pay as you will get charged other fees they dont mention. After they take your money, communication turns very poor and they dont accept responsibility for anything. Beware!

I can't thank you enough...

Your guys left about an hour ago. They were heading to Zichron and then Yafo.
I want to thank you both for really exceptional work. I was quite stressed in anticipation of the whole experience, both in NY and here in Israel. But your guys put my mind at ease on both sides of the ocean. They were careful, respectful, and extremely hard working. They did a beautiful job packing and unpacking and setting things up. Everything seems to have survived the journey.. I can’t thank you enough.
