I have used InTouch Financial Advice for the past 8 years and have been very satisfied with the help and product set-up provided by them in relation to my mortgage and insurance policies. Sebastian Alexander-Sowa has assisted me with mortgage matters for the past 3 years and his knowledge is second to none. Friendly, reassuring and efficient, his customer service is excellent and has been much appreciated.

I've used InTouch for 3 mortgages now and every time it is effortless. I recommend them to everyone looking for a mortgage. 1000% will use them again.

I have been using Peter, Graham, James and the team since 2011. I have bought three properties and done three remortgages with them since then, always so easy and stress free with excellent service. My most recent remortgage went from application to offer in 7 days which included a valuation survey - and everything is free!!

This is the second time I have used Intouch financial as my mortgage broker and I couldn't rate them more highly.
They kept me informed of my existing rate being due to expire, built in sufficient time to make sure I'd be able to fix the rate in time for the expiry of the existing rate.
I received clear email communication and received very good advice.
My thanks go to Emma Barbour, who listened, explained my options, gave good advice and was friendly. Emma is a credit to your company.

The process of getting a mortgage is stressful however InTouch have made the full experience an amazing one. Graham and Lily especially have been very helpful and answered every question we had.
