Absolutely amazing experience with grant application and upgrade installations
I was a bit worried about applying the grant but IntuEco made it so easy and totally reassured me. I can’t believe I was able to get a grant for a boiler replacement and other improvements including window vents, loft insulation, bathroom fans and thermostatic radiator valves. IntuEco did all the paperwork for me and the whole process only took less than a month from the initial survey to completion.
If anyone is looking to apply for a grant I can 100% reccomend IntuEco.
Everyone who we dealt with was very professional and the level of the workmanship was first class.

This company was absolutely amazing. I have had my boiler fully upgraded and loft insulation. The teams were very friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish I was kept informed and although I had my doubts at the beginning it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made going ahead with it. My heating bill has halved and I don’t need to pay boiler insurance for the next 2 years saving me another £500. If you are eligible I would 100% recommend IntuECO, can’t thank them enough for all their help 10/10.

After initial negativity from the first insulation crew, we got a different set of lads (lead by Haspseet Singh), who went above and beyond. First class job. Heating controls were installed professionally and left clean and tidy.

They just kocked on the door and got it done
It is hard to trust anyone who knocks on your door and offers anything for free. However that was all very true. I knew of ECO4 grants and I knew of these things being around.
The whole process was easy, people rang up, promised a time, did a job and it all just worked too well.
The people who did the work were faultless, turned up on time, got the job done and did it so well and professionally.
It is hard to imagine how good this all was.
Insulation, extract fans and the roofer because I am in a conservation area not allowing holes in walls.

House insulation upgrade
From the initial survey to the installation of loft insulation, thermostatic radiator valves, window trickle vents and bathroom extractor fan - everything went smoothly and quickly.
The house already seems warmer after only a couple of days. I'm very impressed with every aspect of the job.
Well done to everyone involved.

Great services from initial contact, a lovely guy really helpful and informative. To Installation team polite and did an amazing job, cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had been, amazing. Also the extra job we need ed doing with the chimney repair by Rodger as great.

Absolute jokers and fiasco
Absolute jokers and fiasco - had a lovely salesman Jeremy come round to sell us cavity wall insulation via a government grant. We submit an application including a wealth of my personal medical history beginning of May. Two weeks later their surveyor comes and writes up the house and says no problem we can progress the application (I think they did commit slight fraud as I had carpet freshly laid the day before and I said I would not allow them to put ladders directly on it with no wood etc to not dent or damage the underlay/carpet and they said they could submit the application using someone else’s loft photos). By the end of July we still haven’t heard anything from this company despite calls voicemails and an email. The salesman gets back involved and says he will have a look. Fast forward to September and finally we get told processes haven’t been followed and in fact our application was with the boiler installation side and not cavity wall. We then FINALLY get an appointment now in November for the sub contractors to turn up on the day to do the job and they tell me they can’t do it because they need to stand on my neighbour’s rotten rickety shed roof and obviously can’t - when have you ever heard of a tradesperson putting ladders ontop of a wooden garden shed roof with health and safety???? (I did raise this with intueco and they had no issues their subcontractors representing their company doing this as it was their choice as subcontractors to do so) . I complained to the company office this should never have been progressed and pilot holes drilled into my house when the surveyor first visited and the shed was in situ at that time! I have followed their processes had their people in and his response was “yeah”. Absolute waste of time and caused damage to my house with the pilot holes for no reason. Jokers I would seriously avoid

Owen was really helpful with good follow up.
Pleased with the boiler etc although there were some problems with getting the right equipment to do the job. Little communication with the workforce so some problems arose with the job taking longer than expected. Begun Jan, completed Feb.
We didn’t realise until months later when we needed our suitcases from the loft that insulation had been put over the boarded section and everything we stored in the loft was pushed to the far side. I had to crawl over the insulation to retrieve suitcases when we went on holiday and there are still more things to retrieve from there. There was no excuse for this as we were in the house the whole time and they could have just asked us to remove things. We didn’t realise they would insulate the area that was boarded.
I am 75 years old and this isn’t an easy task.
