Though we encountered a small hiccup with a taxi arrangement, it was quickly and gracefully resolved by Sudanshu (Floor Manager), whose professionalism and sincerity turned a minor issue into a testament to the hotel’s exceptional service standards.

We indulged in the Hammam treatment, and it was an extraordinary experience — deeply relaxing, lavish, and skillfully executed. A heartfelt thanks to Bomin, whose expert hands worked pure magic.
Our elderly mother opted for a light massage, and the therapists were exceptionally gentle and considerate. Seeing her walk out smiling, saying she felt lighter and refreshed, meant the world to us.
The spa ambience is serene, spotless, and soothing — a true sanctuary amidst Delhi’s bustling energy. For anyone seeking tranquility and luxury, Kaya Kalp is a must-visit!

Finally, we experienced the legendary Bukhara, and it absolutely lived up to its global reputation! The iconic Daal Bukhara and kebabs were perfection — smoky, rich, and bursting with authentic flavor.
And yes, the famous four-foot naan is as grand and delicious as everyone says! Watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen adds a charming, lively touch to the meal. It’s incredible how the menu has remained unchanged for decades, yet continues to delight generations of food lovers.
