Compared to some other sellers of refurbished P.C.s, it was almost like buying a brand new one.

I've no complaints at all. The website, if somewhat old-fashioned was easy to navigate. Payment worked, delivery was quick and the monitor was delivered as described.

Good dispatch time, excellent help desk for any queries, very helpful

I've received my laptop and it is in mint condition, the battery life is super long .. much more than my old lenovo X13..
Delivered in 24 hours and so far it is working perfectly
Thank you

Have recently bought a refurbished Dell Latitude gold grade laptop and am delighted with everything about it (condition, price, service, packaging, etc). Everything arrived as described on website and ITC will definitely be my first "go-to" in the future. I have already recommended them to a family member looking at a new laptop. Keep it up guys

Great product at reasonable price. Delivery prompt.

Item as described at a good discounted price.
Also being refurbished it was thoroughly tested and quality checked beforehand to ITC sales standards.
They even enclosed a refurbished checkpoint certificate with my Alienware monitor.
Very reassuring to know. Also came with manufacturers 3 year warranty.
What's not to like??
Will be buying from them again.
They most certainly justify their reputation for quality and reliability which is well known.

Very good. Well packaged

Easy to find the monitor and size i was looking for and all delivered on time. My only issue was getting a VAt invoice but that may have been my fault.

Products as described and shipped on time.

Very professional service throughout would highly recommend.

Helpful with identifying the solution to my problem and supplying the necessary replacement part.
I particularly liked the way they did not treat me like a technical idiot when it was obvious they knew much more than I!

I just boughed a refurbished monitor. I just saved 50£. The monitor looks brand new. No scratches. I received all accessories sealed. The only difference between this and the brand new one was the box. The rest was intact. I got next day delivery due I ordered it at 8 am. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Very good price, excellent speed of despatch and delivery. 5 stars.

Recently purchased a monitor for work. the product I chose was very well priced, compared to other providers. The sales support I received was quick, polite and informative. Delivery was very quick too. I would use them again.

Great service - called them and they gave immediate knowledgeable service. It made a change to be able to talk to someone and that they knew their products and could advise helpfully.
We bought our chosen product from them. Will buy again from them.
