Brilliant.

I ordered a monitor from ITC Sales and it arrived very quickly, in good condition, works perfectly, and was a good price. Very happy with my purchase and I would use them again.

Product as described and delivered promptly, fantastic prices.

Great pricing, no-nonsense despatch and branded devices (Dell) with warranty. I've use ITC Sales for many years for my business and customers before I retired. Always the best service and advice. I bought a Dell Latitude laptop for my daughter to use for work including design, marketing, documentation and financial projects. She is revelling in the increase in productivity with processing power and speed compared with her old laptop. ITC Sales have Dell refurbished kit and unless stated it comes tested and as new. Recommended!

I gave this score as I think Sean keeps you informed about the status of Stock and when your equipment will be delivered.

Very good prices
I ordered 2 on line in error, emailed them and Sean sorted it very quickly and I was refunded and the laptop arrived the very next day.

Good experience and great customer service

ITC Sales is now my go-to for refurbished IT equipment. The product descriptions were accurate, and what I received matched exactly what was promised. Even ordering from the U.S., the process was smooth and communication was clear. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly knows computer hardware.

I've been really impressed from start to finish with ITC sales. Whilst perhaps a little dated their website laid out all the information clearly and their pricing was competitive with other sites with similar offerings. Their response to queries about the products were very fast and understanding, showing this company care about their good reputation.
I was reassured to see the laptop I ordered came very well packaged and in the condition I had hoped for well refurbished.
I have already recommended them to others on the basis of my experience with ITC sales.
Great job!

Great selection, excellent value and super quick delivery. What more could you ask.
