I purchased a renewed apple IPad from this company the company sent it to my address the carrier DPD decided to send it to a pickup shop without notifying the company or me the customer, had I not of downloaded the DPD app I would of never known were it was delivered to. I received a call from IT Trade and the representative Mohamed was excellent and professional and apologetic Mohamed had no reason to apologise as this was down to DPD and not I.T. Trade I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company especially their customer care.

I pu chased Apple iMac £400 said it was worth double in advertising column
I didn’t get a proper keyboard or mouse it was the lowest grade plastic and mouse never worked so I purchased a rose gold keyboard n mouse to match my Apple computer
My colleague then looked up the computer details and found it’s very dated and isn’t able to be used to its full capacity as it is too old to do upgrades etc
And I was told it couldn’t even be sold for more than £40!!!!!! And unpaid £38 fr replacing keyboard n mouse!!!!
They should not be selling these Apple iMacs using the description they use and the way they advertised is giving people the dea customers are getting a great deal !! When in fact this company literally are selling goods not made for purpose knowing exactly they are not any use for anyone at all because you cannot do the upgrades it needs

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong I pad for my son for Xmas, they helped me rectify the problem and offered me the correct one at a highly discounted price, as well as shipping it straight away to ensure I got it the next day. They went above and beyond to help me.

My iPad bought with wowcher voucher is bent, with damage across the back and does not turn on. Awaiting info on how to return.

Wir haben ein Mc Book gekauft , es kam an und leider funktionierte der Touch Pad nicht! Kontaktaufnahme nur über e Mail und das sehr schleppend ! Dann sollten wir es selber beheben !!!Haben es dann umgehend zurück geschickt! Und auch gleich Paypal Bescheid gegeben da wir Angst hatten das Geld nicht zurückzubekommen ! Noch am selbe Tag war Geld da Gott sei dank ! Firma ist irgendwie Zwielicht aufpassen . Würde dort nix mehr kaufen . Telefonisch gibts auch keine Nummer auch suspekt !

D O N O T P U R C H A S E ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a iMac from this back street operation and it arrived with this computer still registered to a computer network system of a school/university. I further investigated over the apple blog and apple itself were I was made aware this was illegal for them to have sold it to me as it still belongs to that school/ university. so I have paid for a iMac in which doesn't work can not get it fixed because it looks like ITS stolen from a collage/uni C A N N O T G E T H O L D O F IT TRADE SERVICES UK BECAUSE ITS A FACELESS ENTITY AND NOW I HAVE JUST COME TO A STALE MATE AND REALISED I'VE LOST A THOUSAND POUND IMAC TO A BUNCH OF CORPORATE CRIMINALS. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS THAT WOULD OF BEEN MORE TRUE TO MY EXPERIENCE, UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

Do not buy from this company, I purchased an iPad which arrived faulty and the replacement was sent with a code that no one new, since November i have been chasing refund of over £100 and still they keep saying contact Wowcher, no how about you as the company that took my money deal with now, I have also reported this to trading standards as would hate for anyone else fall victim to such a poor poor company.

Hi there it arrived very quickly next day and I pad was in excellent condition. Very satisfied with the service provided

Bought an Imac last year from this company and it contained Microsoft Office for Mac as stated. The computer failed after 11 months and was replaced as was still under warranty. Replacement doesn't have Office and is too old to install any of the apps I need. By the time I noticed this, it was out of warranty. It is useless to me now.

Recently brought a renewed series 6 Apple Watch. Arrived in great condition and sold at a reasonable price. Recommend their services.

I couldn't get an invoice after 3 requests via email.They said it was in the box but wasn't and wouldn't email a copy siting I had an order purchase. Really disappointed as I had bought from them before but not again.
