Ordered a refurbished iPad, delivery was prompt and the condition of the iPad was first class. Having used this daily for two months, I’m happy to report no issues and delighted with product and the service.

It arrived on time, very well packaged, in very good condition and with compatible mouse and keyboard.
It's functioning perfectly.
This is a far more financially sound way of working.

great computer as far i can see, only received it today but my son seems happy with it, although the key is slightly muddled number 2 is @ and @ is " but well find away around that, it actually made us laugh. like i say so far so good, good value for money.

We purchased a MacBook Pro

I purchased 2 x Macbook Air 11.6 for my daughters as a Christmas present. They actually sent us 2 x 13.3 Macbook Air one of which does not work without the charger. I contacted them to resolve my issues and they have come back to me and said i have to return the Macbook to them at my expense and it's my responsbility if it does not get to them. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. I have paid for a new battery and someone who knows what they are doing to fit it for me.

I have now been contacted by trustpilot saying my review is not genuine and they have no details regarding my order. Absolutely shocking!!!

Recently bought a refurbished iMac for my daughter to use for her school work and so far good, very quick to arrive and easy to set up.

First time using company, purchased MacBook Air as Christmas present, arrived quickly, well packaged, good condition, very happy with purchase.

I received a refurbished iPad from my partner for Christmas and i am thrilled with it ! It works perfectly
