DO YOUR RESEARCH, THEN DO SOME MORE!!
I've had the worst time since putting this in place , i did not know all the downsides of iva's and how they are viewed.. Yes , having more money in my pocket is an advantage but the downside has caused as much distress if not more..
The FACT is , people with any authority dont like you if you've got this in place , it is deemed as bad as a ccj or bankruptcy DO NOT THINK OTHERWISE.

I am not being listened to
I am not being listened to. you have upped my month IVA payment by £ 20 and want a further £1168 as I had payed too much tax and haven't paid any tax because of that . You have told me I have earned above the threshold therefore want an extra £1168 which is not extra it is tax back that I shouldn't have paid. I cannot pay this I am on less money than last year . I sent the payslips to corroborate this was overpaid tax and not extra income
