Dear Beverley,
IVA.co.uk is a free forum for people in financial hardship to visit for info on dealing with debts. Your review needs to be aimed at the Insolvency firm that took over the IVA from DFD. I think most DFD IVA's were passed onto a company called Aperture so it would be them you need to contact with your feedback.

I had a Bailiff come round my house and…
I had a Bailiff come round my house and still demand money so I had to pay even though the debt was part of my IVA. IV asked for it to be closed and they terminated it but that has destroyed my credit rating.

You have left your review in the wrong place I'm afraid so will not get back to your IVA provider as we have no way of knowing who this was.
iva.co.uk don't provide or manage IVA's. It is a free online forum for people to discuss their IVA experiences and get information from industry experts.
You would need to speak to the Insolvency Practitioner that you were making your IVA payments to if you wish to make a complaint or leave a review on their page.

Very good in helping me but such a shock that I was told it would finishing June now I find out it will be december . I thought I had paid the two instalments that I missed. Now I don't feel confident they handled my case in a proper manner. But your customer service was very helpful thanx

IVA.co.uk doesn't charge fees, it is a free forum, a place to go to speak to others in a similar position and industry experts. At no time would IVA.co.uk charge a user a fee so I think you have left this review for the wrong site.
