I got one answer to question which was of some help however although it was apparition reponse it wasn’t a definite yes or no just an I think. It would have been nice to get a difinative answer to my question. As this is a forum I suppose that isn’t doing to happen all the time. I ha e done various web searches onhe question and nothin has come up as happening historically so I am taking from that that, no. I cannot be evicted o. The grounds that my iva includes overpayment of housing benefit by the council I rent my property from.

Informative and interesting site which is centred around it's active forum. The great thing is that it lacks the bad info and bad manners which blight so many forums. Although sponsored by an IVA/insolvency advisor there is no sign of any issues as a result and the site remains independent and user-centred.
Finally, remember this is a site for users to get involved with not to just get advice from. So go on...get involved!

The operator I spoke with couldn't assist, he took details saying someone would call me the next morning, am still waiting one week on for my call
