The views were honest but of only limited insight akin to of their experiences. Getting out of an iva by failing it is obviously a certain way, however failing an iva leaves my status akin to having an Iva active. Only revoking an iva can remove the Iva restrictions entirely, and insight into revoking the Iva was non existent, other than when led against by creditors, which in my case it's myself who wants to revoke it.

Quick response with no frills
Ive been solvent again for past five years and thought I might chance my luck with ppi claim.
Unsure if I could and was advised to get in contact with insolvency practitioners- told me to go ahead with claim and any money I might get would be all mine - they no longer had a claim to any part.
