Cropped barrel jeans
I ordered a pair of your cropped barrel jeans. I had very low expectations, as jeans never fit me well, I'm always in-between sizes, and I suspected the barrel shape would make me look huge. I tried on the jeans - my first order from Izabel London - and THEY FIT SO WELL AND LOOK FLATTERING. Also, I would like to add that there is no smell to the jeans, which I appreciate, as too many clothes ordered online these days arrive smelling of perfume or chemicals, which triggers my asthma. I'm so pleased to discover your website.

Not received my refund
I ordered two identical dresses. I returned the two dresses using their requested service and have proof of postage. The company received them 6th February 2026 according to Royal Mail proof of delivery, I have proof of postage and the weight of the product, and proof of delivery. I still have not received a refund as they are taking it up with Royal Mail. This is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are required to issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The courier finally provided correspondence, and we were able to release your funds.

The clothes are lovely
The clothes are lovely from this company. I always feel comfortable.
The clothes have a little more room than normal which I think is ideal for comfort so you could go down a size to try. I did this but found that the button up dress was way too small for my bust and the size up is a bit on the big side not on the bust but the rest of the fit, so it is a bit like pot luck if they fit.I suggest you try your normal size first with perhaps a smaller size ordered for comparison.
Having said this I still like the clothes/company so will buy from them again.

This is my second- third time buying from Izabel London
The clothes are of very good quality. I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size with my second order. I sent an email and asked for help to cancel the order as it was yet to be processed.
