Brilliant Customer Care
I have recently ordered quite a few dresses and unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size and had to reorder smaller sizes and return the large ones. The returns service is excellent and very easy to use. I had to contact customer care and despite the fact that I had completely messed up, they were incredibly helpful and patient in sorting my problems out. It made a real difference having such a helpful understanding customer service team.
The dresses I have finally ordered in the correct sizes are very good value for money and fit beautifully. Thank you.

I have been a fan of this company for…
I have been a fan of this company for years but the last few items I have bought have not been to my usual expectations. Materials have been too thin and sewing is shoddy.
The blouses were just far too thin and very creased.

Good experience
Items arrived quickly and well package. Just unfortunate I had to return them because they were too big. My money was refunded within 2 days which is fantastic, so I don't understand why some companies take forever.
Customer service is good. I recieved a response within 24 hours and my query was sorted.

The sizing is off
I have recently bought two jumpers from this company (through Bonmarche online) and ordered them my usual size after also checking the size chart and the look of them on the models. They were way too big so I had to pay £6.19 to return them. This is rather unfair, especially at the Royal Mail prices nowadays, I can’t see why I should pay for the company’s sizing issues. I really like their designs but I am afraid this experience puts me off buying from them again.

Fabulous customer returns
I can't express how fabulous the customer service is with this company. I had to contact customer services about a parcel that had been accidently returned to them rather than the original company. They were in constant contact with me as they tracked the parcel, contacted their warehouse to ensure it would be found and then organised it to be returned to me.
They really went above and beyond for me, while others such as the delivery company, whose fault the return mix-up was, didn't want to know.
It definitely made me want to buy from this company again.

Beautiful dress thank you. It just arrived this morning.
I knew it would be a good idea, So decided to look for a nice dress as I worked in your country for 7 years. I was teaching at a lovely School. My Grandfather was born in London.
I had to come home for a sons wedding but wished I had come back to do some more exploring! I felt I belonged there.

The tops arrived in time for New Year and they were so stylish and fitted perfectly. Also they do not need ironing and can be worn for many occasions. Really happy with the 2 tops I bought.
