Oh dear, I wish I had never found the clothes from this shop as I can’t stop buying!!! I have bought the same style of maxi dress in every material they have and have actually had to purchase a new taller wardrobe to hang them in as they were too long for my cupboard!!
The customer service is superb with an answer for any query literally within a couple of hours or the next day at the most (none of this ignoring customers’ queries until two weeks+ later like I have had with another shop that sells some of Izabel’s items).
The prices are good and there is always some deal to be had, the loyalty club is very generous, free delivery (minimum spend applies) and free returns (unlike the other shop mentioned that won’t refund instore if PayPal is used, because they don’t take AMEX directly, and charge for returns for Izabel clothing- so I now just buy direct).
Superb quality clothing especially for ladies that are taller and they also use a size 18 model which gives a great indication of how an item will look if you are not lucky enough to have the physique of a supermodel!!
I have used this fabulous company for a couple of months now and can’t find any fault at all, so far, which is very unique in this day and age of appalling service for everything or a robot response. Thank you Izabel London!

This company I rate as 5 star, I honestly do recommend them. I wished to purchase a certain item which was not in my size on their website so I emailed their customer care team asking for some assistance. They replied promptly to my emails and even managed to source the size I needed to my joy. They went over and above my expectations for customer care. Today, my purchase has arrived and I can say the quality of the item is superb, I am incredibly impressed and I even received a discount which is a pleasant bonus! This is my first time shopping with this business and I will be back.

Lovely products, their dresses are always a great fit and really comfortable as well as really pretty.

In particular though Izabel delivers really exceptional customer service - I had an issue with delivery and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed and will certainly be buying from them again.

Great next day delivery after ordering from another site and the parcel never arriving.

Recently I bought two dresses and had to return them because they didn't fit me well. But I must say the quality of both the dresses was really good.

I am delighted with my purchase. My patterned long sleeve midi dress is even better than I anticipated. Beautiful colours and looks lovely on. Perfect for a September wedding. The customer service when I had a query was excellent, so I shall certainly be shopping here again!

I bought a dress online. The dress that arrived looked like it had been shoved into the back of a cupboard and was beyond creased.

To make matters worse the price tag on the dress was also different to what I had been charged.

I’d been waiting so long for this dress to come back in stock and when it did I ordered it in a flash. Big disappointment when it arrived as one sleeve had a pattern and the other didn’t ! It looked most odd …
A quick e mail to Customer Services and … wow, an immediate reply, a replacement dress posted out to me that day. I had to pay the postage to return the faulty one.
The level of communication from this company is really outstanding and is so rare these days.

Bought for wife a couple of dresses for holidays spot on. Fast delivery and great service at great prices. Cheaper than some other brands. Had to do a return and promptly received a refund.. Will be ordering again in the future.

I contacted Izabel Customer Care this morning to let them know that whilst I was making an order, a 10% discount voucher had failed to apply successfully and I was charged in full. I received an almost instant reply, and the refund has already been arranged. I consider that to be stellar customer service- thank you!!

My original order was not delivered. I informed Izabel and they immediately sent me a replacement order.
