Impressive quality
Impressive quality, their T shirts are true to size and individually packed. The delivery was very fast and their customer service was superb. They responded to my emails and phone call when I wanted to make an exchange for an item. They were courteous and very helpful, I had nothing to worry about. I'll definitely be buying more items from them.

I've been a customer for a while now…
I have been a customer with j5fashion for a while what started of good has now turned terrible I purchased a box of sneakers from them which I wanted to cancel the shipping was delayed for a long time and I had to resource from another supplier so I requested a refund they accepted they told me to refuse the shipment of the sneakers because after weeks of delay it was scheduled for delivery from UPS don't get me started with them. So I refused the delivery when the ups driver pulled up as I was instructed since then I have had countless letters from UPS demanding payment for shipping the products back to J5fashion I was dumbfounded as they had told me nothing about having to pay the shipping back to J5fashion so this has been going back and forth with J5fashion, UPS I receive a bill I contact J5fashion they tell me not to worry they will contact ups. I contacted ups myself was told they were investigating but I just received a debt collection letter from a firm called control account demanding payment i have 14 days to pay or I pay 15 euro per time they write to me. Stay away from J5fashion, UPS .
