We are sorry to hear that you had encountered some issues with your order. This customer placed an order on the website on the 12/02/24, they ordered pack of 12 ladies’ tracksuits we shipped them out the next day. The order was successfully delivered to them. The customer sent us an email two days after they placed an order, however the email landed in junk we didn't see it coming through, but they did not like the quality of the product, also one of the tracksuits sleeves were not sewed up. Also she didn't mention that she received 10 pieces instead of 12 when the parcel was delivered, now it's been over a month and she's making issues that she received 10 pieces instead of 12 we have clearly stated on our website if you think something is missing or something is wrong with the order please contact us in seven days’ time when the order is delivered. Our packing team has checked every single piece that she returned it looks like it's been washed too so we haven't got it back in the original state. We have clearly mentioned on our website terms and conditions that if you do not like the product because of quality we will be taking a restocking fee when you return the item for this reason. Now she has opened a dispute with PayPal to get a full refund.
We are incredibly grateful for your business and ensure that arrangements are in place to ensure you continue receiving exceptional services from us.

I’ve had 2 parcels come but then one…
I’ve had 2 parcels come but then one hasn’t arrived and I’m still getting charged for it spoke to dpd there saying contact j5 and j5 is telling me to contact dpd. So I’m in debt £120 for something I haven’t received and neither wants to help

1st order bad experience
Placed my first order and after 5 days contacted them to find out where it was no reply so tried again, was then told they didn't have said items! So I then asked to order 2 different items and checked they were in stock and correct colours was told yes, so paid the extra and ordered, as soon I they arrived I could see one of the items was wrong, it was a different style, colour and design so again contacted again no reply so contacted again was just told they don't arrange returns I have to pay for their mistake! so again I contacted took 3 messages before someone replied, I sent photos to show the difference which is clear they are not the same as I ordered, I was told they were correct! so again I replied with the differences, again no reply, so guess I won't be getting a reply now so won't be ordering from them again
