you will pay for delivery, and they will only deliver once. Without arranging a time with you.
Then if you try to cancel the order they will charge you some sort of re-packing fee.
Then you will have to go to a postoffice to collect the heavy box yourself, after paying for delivery, with vat added to it.
And it does not matter how many orders,you given them in the past, this is how you will be treated, when you pay for delivery.
The items I received was not what I ordered in the pass, the makers are different and the design on the wrist and ankle is also different. Yet they are still using the same picture to advertise the item from the old supplier.
I am not happy with the product or the service, and I want a full refund.

AVOID - POOR QUALITY
First order and last. Very poor quality. Photos and written description did not match items sent. Material absolutely awful. Approached J5Fashion to request returning the order. Was advised there was a 35% money penality. So on an average order of £400 I would only receive a suggested £277 back from them! I explained politely I am an independent trader just 18 month's into business. This made no difference to them and they insisted their clothing was prime quality. They were only able to fulfil part of the order and that they would only offer a credit note in lieu. I believe this company operates illegally. I've never come across such poor quality clothing and not only this they penalize you for their errors! I am bringing this company to the attention of Trading Standards. Photos do not represent clothing sent. They withhold your money on items unfulfilled. They charge you 35% penalty for their poor quality clothing should you wish to return it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a problem with some items not been delivered but they rectified it with something different also I would say that sizes are not true so a xl would be more of a medium and this has happened on previous orders so watch out for sizing

Charged me £15 for next day delivery - arrived 3 days later and won’t refund me the full price.
One of my items is completely different to the imagine on the website (Tobby jumpers) - the cream is see through and material is that hard it almost feels like plastic. They are expecting me to pay £15 to send them back when they won’t even refund my delivery charge. Also why would I pay to send something back that isn’t even what they have advertised on the system!
Will not be changing my mind or review until I have my money back

Shocking first experience with J5
Shocking first experience with J5. Ordered via next day delivery, didn't turn up next day after paying £15 for the service, contacted them on whatsapp and you just get ignored. Opened the boxes to find they've sent the wrong leggings, incorrect sizes on another item we ordered. Had to message 6 times on whatsapp to get a response and the best they could come up with was its a manufacturing fault ... what that you sent out the wrong items?
We spend thousands of pounds a week with other wholesalers, if you want companies business you better provide better customer service when you make mistakes your end.
