Helpful and kept informed
Helpful conversation with the team before I decided which product to buy. There were some delays in stocking but I was kept up to date and offered refund if I didn't want to wait the few days. Received and very pleased with it.

Terrible service

I needed to replace my wash hand basin…
I needed to replace my wash hand basin tap urgently in my motorhome and Jacksons ensured that it arrived the next day. This really helped me because we were due to go away that day. 10 out of 10 on all levels.
