Straight forward from ordering to…
Straight forward from ordering to receiving the paddle board, the only thing that I was surprised was to open the box to find that the bag which contained the pump had a whole with dirt marks as if it had been dragged on the floor.

The price was very good. When the delivery came it was the the day quoted, but nearly an hour later than the 4 hour delivery slot, but this was the couriers fault Fed Ex, not Jacksons

Excellent service
I made an order and hadn’t heard anything back about shipment a week later decided to contact them with spectacular results. The issue was sorted immediately and received my parcel a day later and postage cost reimbursed.

Good service
Good service but their website said the item I ordered was in stock when it was not resulting in having change the delivery address to home and making a makeshift fix until we are next out in the van.
