Can honestly say that Dave at the Studley branch was brilliant so professional and understanding. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star, had never had to arrange a funeral before and he made everything simple and easy and was a great comfort to my Dad.
The service, knowledge and flexibility was at an extremely high level. Very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that was asking me for sound or lighting advise. The team were consultative and very patient. I thought I knew what I wanted and changed my mind often, their guidance and ability to source my utopia was excellent. The outcome of their work has exceeded my explications. I now listen to music through amazing speakers throughout the house with lighting that matched my mood on the day!
The instillation team, you would not even know they had been in the house after finishing their work.
The service has continued after the project was completed, the team have come back to tweak things I have asked to be changed and helped with user error.

The J+G team installed a number of TVs plus AV/ethernet equipment at my home. They are very knowledgable, used to working in high spec environments (i.e. work extremely clean and tidily), and determined to see through the inevitable complications getting everything up and running.
