This was the 3rd time I have used James. They were excellent- just as they had been the first 2 times. I was moving from rented accommodation into a freshly painted home with a newly laid floor so I was really precious about ensuring no scuffs or scratches anywhere. The removal men were absolutely meticulous and made sure that all surfaces were protected and gave me time to put felt pads on all my furniture. Paul, Steve, Robert and Wayne were all incredibly hard-working and fast and they really helped to take the stress out of the house move. I would highly recommend James. They are not the cheapest but they are reliable professionals.

Great removal company. Recommended to us by a friend and it proved to be spot on. Had to move completion dates and they were hugely accommodating. Great service from delivery of packing boxes to packing and the moving. Delivered to two locations. Really good staff who were professional at every stage.

We used James Removals to move from a 2 bed ground floor flat to a 3 bed house. We opted for the full packing service and then the following day the move itself. We had a couple of quotes and James were by far the best value, plus we had also used them 3 years earlier to move so went with them again.

James (from James Removals!), came the day before the move to pack the whole of our flat. We had to do very little other than keep him in tea and coffee! He was professional, polite and took more care of our belongings than we would have done if we had to do it ourselves, he asked questions if needed and made us feel very comfortable in handling all our personal possessions.

The following day Gary and his team came and loaded up the van with the boxes James had packed and took apart a bed and wardrobe and rebuilt them at the other end. Everything arrived as planned and nothing broken (thanks to the excellent packing job) and it was all very easy and stress free. Couldn't recommend James Removals highly enough - Great value, really good customer interaction and respectful of our belongings and the houses we were leaving and moving to.

Experienced and professional removal company. All members of the team were respectful and efficient as well as friendly. Great care was taken of our belongings and nothing was too much trouble.

Used James removals twice, once into storage then from storage into new home.
On both counts the staff were spot on, friendly, helpful, polite and professional.
Prior to arrival I had regular updates with an eta.
Also a massive thanks to James Removals for the “moving in” hamper what a lovely touch. Especially useful when desperate for a coffee and can’t find what you want anywhere. Also contained some other little homely welcoming items for your new place. Would definately recommend these guys all day long. Great service.

The move James Removals did was excellent! I am very happy with the service. They made the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. They made an otherwise stressful event, stress-free. This is the 2nd move they do for me, and I am equally impressed as the 1st time. Highly recommend it.

We were impressed with the level of care given by the crew who moved some furniture for us. This included moving an upright piano out of our living room and down the 8 front door steps - quite a challenge.
Also the office staff answered many questions as this was not a straightforward house move.
We will be using this company again.

From Day 1 James Removals provided an excellent service, advising and guiding the best way forward for packing, storage and delivery to the new property.

James Removals made the moving process so easy and hassle free. Loaded the lorry on the 17th December from southeast London unloaded 18th in Dorset. Tony and Almaz were hardworking and polite a credit to themselves and the company. I would definitely recommend them.

We can’t fault the service of James Removals. The team on the day looked after us and all our worldly goods. They were professional but also very friendly and felt like our ‘mates’ for the day! Pam in the office couldn't have been more helpful. Estimator knowledgeable and professional. Frances and Rob were on the money and importantly had a good attitude and excellent grafters. Safe hands with this firm, good to see a tidy operation.

The team that moved us were great!! They worked really well together and took great care of our life's possessions. It was a crazy busy day but it was made easier by there expert help and attitude. They all knew each other and there was lots of jokes and laughter, which was needed on a stressful moving day.

It's my second use of this company and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and colleagues; it was mostly a different team, but the same friendly professional attitude and high standards as last time. Great care was taken of some awkward and/or delicate family pieces and there was excellent communication while dealing with the specific challenges of the flat and getting things sorted into the correct rooms. I'm really impressed with their dedicated care of my move.

The 3rd time I have used James Removals and this time for storage whilst renovating . Very professional service from start to finish. All our items were stored safely and carefully for 6months while having building work done. The boxes are very strong and easy to pack. The removal guys are friendly, tidy and trustworthy and I would definitely use them again for moving or storage.

Lovely guys, worked so quickly, were super professional and helpful.Highlight for me was seeing them get a heavy antique sideboard belonging to my great grandmother up a narrow staircase. They made it look easy!
