Fantastic company ,nothing was too much trouble the team were lovely ,very polite and extremely friendly.we have a lot of stuff and I was dreading the move but your team of people were great ,thank you so much .we as a family always use this company and once again they were excellent .

We needed to book removals short notice after our sale and purchase fell through. The whole process was very professional and easy, making a stressful situation better. The office staff and valuer were prompt and efficient. A team of 5 turned up to pack our 3 bed house in one day with 2 then finishing the next day and taking us from south London to Devon. They were careful, professional and calm throughout - even in the face of a very badly designed bannister! We would highly recommend them.

First time moving and I can honestly say this company made it so much less stressful than it could have been! From packing to moving and re-assembling furniture that couldn’t fit - they were brilliant. The whole time from the estimate to the actual move the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

They could not have been more helpful from the very first phone call to the survey at the start. I then as they had asked me kept them up dated on my ever changed exchange date over a 2 month period and again on each call they where great at letting me know what dates they could do. Then finally the mad proses of exchange happened at 4.30pm by 5.30pm they had delivered me all the boxes and packing materials!! On the day of the move they turned up spot on time and the 2 guys could not have been more polite and helpful. At the new flat they had to carry everything up to the first floor and this was no issue or problem. I had one Chair that would not go through the first internal door in the flat so we left it right to the end and after much back and forth we went for it and yet in it came!! I can not recommend them more highly.

Excellent service from Danny, Glen, Rob, Connor and the team who moved us from Chislehurst to the Medway towns. Quick, careful and smiling all the way -- no issues whatsoever with great Comms up to the moving day and beyond. We hired a million boxes to pack although James also supplied a packing service to wrap plates, vases, stuff and TVs etc before loading. A great team and they even collect the boxes from you once you've finished emptying them. Fantastic value and a fantastic service

Very Efficient, took all the contents of our 5 bed house into storage in one day. Team were courteous. Office very helpful when time came to take all out of storage into our new flat, as we the guys on the day.
No hesitation recommending them.

It was a tricky move with lots of stairs, floors, nooks and crannies but the team were amazing. Cheerful and helpful throughout. We hadn’t moved for 22 years and they made the process as seamless and painless as possible. It was also pouring with rain on the move day but that didn’t deter the smiles! What a fantastic group of people at James Removals! From Louise who came to do the quote, to Lewis, Glen, Robert and Connor who did our move on the big day, all were absolutely wonderful. Great communicators, extremely helpful and considerate, and a lot of fun too! Can’t recommend enough. Superb.

We had a very smooth and uneventful move thanks to the terrific James crew. Sadly I cannot remember all their names. There were so pleasant and efficient and took much care packing our more fragile items. We would definitely use for another move.

Totally unprofessional. Leave items blocking fire exit routes. Prop open fire doors and leave personal items on the floor creating a trip hazard.

After an initial issue with James Removals breaking one of our chairs, resulting in a less favourable review, I am very happy to say that this has now been rectified. James Removals was keen to ensure that our initial dissatisfaction was addressed and has gone on to improve communications. They were in constant contact to ensure that our chair was returned to us safely and that all repair work was completed to the highest standard. The follow-up service was exemplary.
