I placed an order it arrived and was not the shade I thought it was I contacted them and explained my situation they where very kind and accepted my return and explained to me how to get the shade I needed amazing service would highly recommend this company.

Have bought a few things from Jaycotts over the years but this time they surpassed themselves for customer service. I asked a question about a ruffler foot I was interested in buying. They came back to me within 10 minutes. Once ordered it was delivered the very next day!! Well done Jaycotts for your excellent customer service ( which is rarely found these days )

I was looking for a particular sewing pattern and came across this shop via Google - I hadn't heard of them before but the reviews seemed good so I took a chance. Very glad I did! They had the pattern in stock at a cheaper price when other places were sold out, the dispatch and delivery was so quick, and everything was perfect with my order. I'll definitely be using Jaycotts again for future sewing supply orders (probably some notions for this particular pattern if I actually get round to making it!)

Fantastic company. They will always make sure your order is fulfilled properly and in a timely manner. If you have any questions they will answer promptly. On any occasion for anything you need you can email or call and speak to a real person.

Quality products & quality Customer Care. So lovely to be able to do an order over the telephone with a real HUMAN BEING instead of a Robot! Other companies could learn a lot from "Jaycotts" - where they recall the old adage, "The Customer is King". Speedy delivery too - ordered Friday lunchtime & delivered Saturday morning!

After a time of moving home & no sewing, I looked for a good,reliable supplier of sewing/haberdashery supplies online. I had not tried Jaycotts before, but they have an excellent selection, so I ordered sewing thread & various small items; seam ripper, marking pencil, tapestry needles. Delivery was fast & efficient, the one out of stock item was delivered the day after the first batch of items was received! I would definitely recommend them!
