Service was good order arrived quickly and well packaged. I am, concerned, about the order of a Janome pressure foot. The accessory was not wrapped in the normal janome packaging, it was not in any packaging and, I’m concerned I have been sent a generic pressure foot.

Purchased a selection of zips that I needed for repair projects and packed my sewing stuff away as I wasn’t expecting them to arrive for a few days.

Not even 24 hours later, they were delivered. Very good quality products, will definitely be ordering again.

Did not know about this place until someone told me about it, so glad they did. I purchased a sewing machine from them the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and I am made up with my machine.

I ordered 2 half price patterns from Jaycotts yesterday, the first day of Butterick sale. They arrived today, Saturday, less than 24 hours later, in a robust cardboard pattern size envelope that I can reuse. What’s more Jaycotts take no profit from the postage cost of £2.50 unlike some others that charge £4.00.
The best thing is that this service, while exceptional to me it is not to Jaycotts, they maintain this standard every time. That is why they are my first choice for patterns from the big companies, haberdashery etc.
I thought it was time I said thank you to them.

having ordered zips from Jaycotts and another company on the same day, I have to say what an amazing service Jaycotts give. My order was dispatched and recived within 48hrs where as the other compant took over 1 week. Having paid same postage for both companies I was surprised. The speed of delivery is very important to me for my small business. The quality of goods is also outstanding.
