The messages you would have received to notify you of delivery can be replied to, and you can be assured we have not blocked your contact details. I believe you called our main number and spoke with a member of the Transport Department this morning. We have located your order and can see that it was reported damaged on delivery yesterday. A replacement order was raised immediately, in order to provide a prompt resolution to this for you. We have communicated this to the company who you placed your order with, who I believe have also been in contact with you directly to provide you with an update.

Delivery on time but drver wouldnt help…
Delivery on time but drver wouldnt help with doors in to hall way of my house my husband has serious lung condition so couldnt help, my daughter had to carry 3 doors.In email said drver may require help if heavy NOT THAT HE CANT HELP, dread to think if delvery was to elderly person on their own.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the service provided by our delivery driver.
All of our deliveries are kerbside only which is advised via our third party suppliers at time of order, and in the confirmation messages sent prior to deliveries being made.
As our insurance covers to kerbside only, unfortunately it is down to driver discretion as to whether they are in a position to assist with moving the doors to another location.
We can of course look into the delivery further if required. If you can email us directly on info@jbkind.com with details of who you placed your order with & your delivery postcode we can do this for you.

This is our 2nd order of doors from this company as we were so impressed with the quality of them. The driver couldn't have been more helpful as we live down a lane and he carried our two doors to our house. Would totally recommend buying from JBKind Doors.

Just received oak rustic door pre finished. Although I’ve not hung yet. The door looks absolutely lovely! Really great finish to the door much better than expected smooth and just as described. The staff at this company are easy to get through to, delivery on time, delivery person pleasant and helpful….five stars.
