Absolute shambles of a conpany
Was promised a delivery in 3-7 days. Didn't even receive a dispatch message until the 9th day. The delivery was scheduled for Monday but on Sunday night they sent me another text message saying it was booked for Wednesday. Absolute shambolic company and I won't be buying their products from any supplier again.
Making sure it doesn't happen again is shocking. I'm now out of pocket after having to let someone down due to your incompetence at something as simple as scheduling in a delivery. Not to mention the door you delivered was chipped and in poor condotion

Ordered via Wayfair, order apparently went astray. Wayfair communication only via WhatsApp, that's crap why can't they talk to their customers! Over a week late caused a load of grief. Door quality fine.

Good company
Door arrived in good time with good communications throughout the morning on delivery. Delivery driver was pleasant. Looks like a good solid wooden gate. Not on the fence yet so can comment further but would definitely use the company again.

Efficient and pleasant company
I have used JB Kind for several projects and always found them very efficient and especially if you need doors in bespoke sizes.
Their delivery service is excellent too with good communication prior to delivery so you don’t have to have someone wait around all day.

Door compliance and installation.
The service from Toolstation was simple and delivered on time. The company supplying the door for Toolstation to distribute should have simply access to installation details and limitations to what can be done to the door! Ie how much material tolerances can be removed! And simply being able to down load the certification certificate like I can from other suppliers. I emailed the company asking for this and no reply which was disappointing considering this should be a must to provide evidence of the door I have chosen to use.

process.Delivery was well within time given and driver was really helpful.Door undamaged but a bit more protection would have made me a happier.
