Great service but express delivery failed
Service from the company itself was great. However, I paid for express delivery but unfortunately my parcel wasn't delivered the next working day. If you are paying for express delivery it should be guaranteed not left in the hands of the carrier. Suggest using a more reliable carrier so the customer gets what they paid for. Great service though and very competitive prices.

Poor Parcel Force Delivery Service
Good service from J.C.Campbell the only reason for 4* is I paid for Express 24 Delivery on a Wednesday and unfortunately the item did not arrive until the following Monday. It should been at the latest Friday after I had spoken to someone at the company.

Placed an order for a fan during a heatwave that was in stock on the website, waited a week and there was no dispatch email. When I asked them they said there was a ‘problem with the stock’ and that it would be dispatched the next week.
I waited another week and still nothing I emailed them again and was told it would be 2 more weeks…

With reference to your 1-star review of J C Campbell Electrics regarding your order placed on 25/05/2026, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the delay.
As outlined in our email of 29/05/2026, we provided a detailed explanation of the reasons for the delay in dispatching your order. Since that time, we have been experiencing ongoing supply issues with our supplier, which have unfortunately impacted stock availability. We have now been advised that the outstanding stock is due to arrive by Friday of this week.
We would also point out that every enquiry you have made regarding your order has been responded to promptly, and you have been kept fully informed of the situation throughout. At no stage have we ignored your requests for information or failed to provide updates.
While we acknowledge that the delay is frustrating, it is important to note that this situation has arisen due to circumstances entirely outside of our control and does not reflect the standard of service that J C Campbell Electrics strives to provide. We have been transparent throughout and have taken all reasonable steps to keep you informed while awaiting stock from our supplier.
We trust this provides clarity regarding the delay and the actions we have taken to assist you.

Excellent value for money. Brought a Dyson AM07 cooler 75 £ off all UK retailers including Amazon.
Shipping and delivery tracking came on line on 3rd day.
Received it on 5th day.
I don't know how they sell the products so competitively and swiftly.

DYSON AMIMAL V10
Bought Dyson V10 Animal vaccum cleaner following recommendation from WHICH Magazine. I was not disappointed. The price was the keenest and delivery on time. They also sent me raw plugs and screws which I, in error, thought were not in the packaging. Excellent value and service. Thank you JC Campbell team.
