Good price, poor service.
I was upset that despite booking and paying in advance for installation of the new and the removal of the old appliance: on the day the new appliance was dumped in the hall; unpacked; photographed in situ; and packaging removed. And that was it
When I phoned you told me "JC Campbell had failed to onward book these services" and so we were left without.
I ordered from you in good faith, and expected a professional service.
We were sadly disappointed to find this was not the case - and badly stressed both on the day of delivery and for several days following whilst we rectified your omissions.
At least the service payment was quickly refunded.

You were right to expect a professional, fully coordinated service when you booked and paid in advance for installation and removal. We sincerely apologise that this was not delivered on the day, and that you were left to deal with the inconvenience. We understand how disappointing and disruptive that must have been.
While we appreciate your acknowledgment that the service payment was refunded quickly, this does not undo the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we are reviewing what happened to help ensure better coordination and communication moving forward.
