I purchased an Audi Q6 from JCT 600, Norton, Sheffield at the end of March, trading in a BMW which i had outstanding finance, this was part exchanged and provided JCT 600 with the settlement letter. I found out yesterday 22/4/26 they now require a further settlement letter as the prev one expired 8/4/26, 2 weeks after i traded it in. 1 week after i collected my new vehicle i chased up with the salesman that this had been settled he said it hadnt but assured me it would be straight away. So now i am still awaiting this being settled as according to BMW i still own this car, despite me trading it in 4 weeks ago!!! In the meantime i applied for a credit card and was only given a small credit amt despite having no outstanding credit that i knew of.
Absolutely would not deal with this company again!!!

Disappointing experience that fell short of Mercedes Benz standards I expected a smooth and professional experience when purchasing from JCT600 Mercedes Benz York, but unfortunately this was not the case. Despite paying for the vehicle in advance, I was told during my journey from Essex that the car could not be released. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs.
During my visit, I identified damage under the front bumper that had not been disclosed (I spoke to a senior manager about the car being checked by JCT, he confirmed it had been check but not all customers check under the car - shocking statement from an outlet and manager). Although I was assured it would be repaired, delivery was delayed. After receiving the car, I found further issues including interior trim damage, a broken seat button, and signs of cosmetic cover up work. The car also arrived with almost no fuel despite being charged for it. The £300 offered towards repairs is far below the actual cost confirmed by my local Mercedes Benz dealership. Communication since raising these concerns has been disappointing.
I have requested the car be returned to MB York and my funds be returned - STILL WAITING REGARDING THE REPAIRS OR RETURNING THE CAR!!!!
I hope JCT600 reviews their processes, as this experience does not reflect the standards expected from a Mercedes Benz approved retailer.

Saw a Vauxhall Adam for sale on Autotrader where it said it was at Yeadon. It wasn't. Went back a few days later. Found dirty great scratch & dent over rear wheel arch along with lots of stone chips on nearside. I was blamed for missing it yet the salesman had to zoom in on his iPad to see it in the published pictures! It was NOT shown front and centre like a dealer who takes responsibility would. Also car not been cleaned.
No fuel in car so had literal a 5 min test drive. Was enough to find clutch very worn. Salesman (P) said he'd get paint sorted but JCT not prepared to do clutch. Daughter liked car so we agreed £150 discount so I could get my mech to do clutch. Was called cheeky for asking!
Went back to pick up. Supposed valeting done. Was really dire. Salesman blamed the "Kosovan" they'd just taken on! P said we could take it back after we'd bought it and leave for day so rest of paint and proper valet could be done - guessing not by "Kosovan"!
Paid for car. Then discovered that one of 'two keys' for it had no electronics working just the key blade. Salesman blamed ‘me’ for not spotting, but I’d only been given the working key for the test drive.
Drove straight to my mechanic for the clutch doing. During my drive there, I noticed the windscreen was covered in something. I tried cleaning with washers but nothing shifted it. When at my mechanics I discovered that 80% of windscreen was covered with paint overspray and would need to be chemically cleaned off. I called P and told him of the discovery. No sorry, just, "We'll fix it".
My mechanic began stripping the car front end down, to replace the clutch, only to find the front sub-frame was so corroded it was actually dangerous to drive. Sub-frame rotting away on Vauxhall Adams is a VERY well-known problem so how in heaven's name it could be missed at an MOT (less than seven days before it was found and with NO advisories on the MOT either) was simply anyone's guess. I can only surmise that the tester was either a) utterly incompetent, b) simply ignored it, c) was told to ignore it or d) registered blind! Regardless of the excuse, both the individual tester and the test centre (JCT600 Menston) are being reported to the DVSA for failing in their statutory duty and allowing a potentially dangerous car on the road.
Unsurprisingly, you’ll not be surprised to hear I have zero faith in anything JCT have to say or wish to do. Frankly I'd be a fool to let my daughter loose in her first car from a dealer this slap dash, a dealer that, on this evidence, who seemingly putting sales over everything including the safety of those who ride in its cars and others on the roads.
So dear reader, our lessons for you to consider when looking at vehicles at JCT600 are:
- If you consider that JCT stand for Just Can’t Trust you’ll not go far wrong.
- Sales are ALL that matter – they are THE single objective of JCT600
- They will lie to get sales
- They will blame everyone else (including you) & take ZERO responsibility for any real issues
- You will quite possibly regret whatever you end up with
Buy from JCT600 Ltd with your eyes wired OPEN and your BS antenna set at maximum – for your own sanity.

Hmm. Was called. Hey he actually said "Sorry".
My overwhelming impression is this. If this happened in my business I'd be absolutely mortified. I'd be turning somersaults to appease the wronged customer just as I'd be turning over every rock to find out what had gone wrong to ensure it can never happen again. Not JCT600. Whole thing taken very much in their stride, very practiced, almost slick, as if they've done it all so many times before. Do JCT600 feel there are plenty more gullible punters in the sea?

I took my car to Audi York for a recall the other day, the service advisor Arron was super friendly and couldn’t fault him, however…
My car had a complimentary wash and hoover of the footwells, I could have washed it better myself and in most cases I do. I take pride in my cars and always want them looking nice and shiny but when Arron handed me my key and I proceeded to the drivers side of my car, I was shocked, no, appalled at the state of it, it looked like they just couldn’t be bothered, the entirety of the drivers side was smeared, it basically looked like they had washed it but not dried it or they’d tried to dry it with a dirty chamois as it was completely smeared and not clean at all!
I’m sorry but these are supposed to be ‘professional valetors’ and I know for a fact and 100% that I could have done a better job myself, I’m shocked at how little they clearly care.

Even though I didn't buy a car from this dealership I have to commend the exceptional and transparent customer service and communications I have experienced with Mathew from Doncaster Approved. When I am in a better position I will definitely visit this dealership.

I wouldn’t take my kids Fisher Price car to this set up , not to be trusted and clearly overpriced repairs . Take your vehicle to specialists , you’re looked after better and they actually know the product . Amateurs . They clearly have an issue with dealing with people who call them out and don’t pander to their lame excuses . Ask them to help with a resprayed wheel and they got the wrong one after me showing them specifically which one was wrong . The guy is a joke to the Audi name

We had a very disappointing experience with Volkswagen Approved Used at JCT600 Grimsby.
We called the day before to arrange viewing a VW Sharan (GU69) and were told to come down for 10am. After making a 5-hour journey, we arrived expecting the car to be in good condition, especially as it was advertised as an approved used vehicle.
While Oscar was polite and welcoming, the overall experience was far from acceptable. The condition of the car was shocking for a £19,000 vehicle from a Volkswagen approved dealership. One of the seats was badly chewed up, the bumper had multiple scratches, and there were marks all over the car. Even worse, the sliding door had visible rust. This was completely different from how the car was presented in the photos online, which made it appear well maintained.
We were extremely disappointed, especially after such a long trip. We were told the seat could be replaced, but for the bumper they would only offer a polish, which is not acceptable given the price. Had the true condition been accurately shown or communicated beforehand, we would not have made the journey.
The experience didn’t feel like what you would expect from a professional dealership. There was only one staff member present, and we weren’t even able to test drive the car due to insurance issues. After a 10-hour round trip, we left feeling misled and poorly treated.
To make matters worse, the car has now been removed from their website, which raises further concerns.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. We expected much better from a Volkswagen approved dealership.

Went to JCT 600 Audi at Meadowhead for some lost service history and was served by a young lady , called Errin.
She was very profesional and couldn't do enough.
Very pleasant young lady.

On our arrival we were promptly sat in the waiting area and made comfortable with coffee and biscuits whilst the customer liaison Nicky took charge of the vehicle and arranged for a diagnostic check. Luckily the checks revealed a couple of malfunctioning sensors on the exhaust which were deemed to be safe to continue using the vehicle. Nicky dealt with us very considerately and put our minds at rest that the car was able to continue our journey. I would just like to extend mine and my wife’s thanks for her help.

After sales is rubbish. They took commission for selling me cosmetic protection worth 549.00 for 3 years in 2023, have tried to claim on it before it runs out and I got nowhere. I was miss sold this as wasn't informed you needed private driveway & electric supply for them to come to you. Also VW wont let them come to their garage so im unable to use it. If i had known that, I would not have taken it out. Tried to ask for a refund for being miss-sold this and was promised a call back by 5pm, and guess what.... no call back!

We recently returned to JCT600 Sheffield Audi, having first made an appointment to speak with sales executive, Michael Johnson.
We had dealt with Michael previously & based on our experience, wanted to do so this time.
Yet again we weren’t disappointed.
Michael is a pleasure to deal with & nothing is too much trouble. Along with his colleague, Richard Orme, they really made the effort to put together two great deals for us & kept us well informed during the whole process. From walking into the showroom to delivery of the cars.
This was the fourth sale that Michael has helped us with & as a result, we'll return to Sheffield Audi yet again, when the time comes to change cars.
In Summary. Another very professional & pleasant sales experience. Our thanks again to Michael & Richard!

Absolute joke of a dealership! Does not keep its word! JCT600 York.
Imagine after sales! Waste of time. Wasted 3 days of my time with calls and emails.
Saw a used Golf GTI on the VW website being sold by them.
I wanted to reserve the car after a few email exchanges but they told me the price which was advertised was accidental and the new price is over £1000 more. This was after multiple emails over a course of 2 days or so.
Not only this the previous owners and optional extra were advertised incorrectly which I found out after questioning if it had the optional extras and it did not.
The owners were actually 3 not 1 as advertised....
The sales person was very good in terms of communication but there there was little he could do as it was the manager making the final decision. Oh and after telling them that the advert had incorrect extras and owners on from the first day it is still advertised incorrectly at the time of writing this review. The manager just said human error on today but they were informed by me on the first day that the advert has false information and still not changed.
Make sure you know what you're looking at and question them and do not base it on the advert. I have a seen reviews with after sales being bad luckily I found this before the purchase imagine the after sales service.

Had my Eqa booked in for a recall software update at Doncaster Mercedes, very welcoming atmosphere, was booked in swiftly and kept updated on my vehicle progress, special mention to Adam Withington, as he was super helpful and helped my complete my registration for the Mercedes app to allow me to access all kinds of useful features for my car, even after we’d left the dealership he was very responsive to my emails, an absolute asset to JCT

Appalling service from JCT600 Leeds in resolving my VW warranty paintwork claim. 17/11/25 took to prebooked appointment to look at peeling paintwork. Lady who reviews paintwork didnt show. 24/12/25 taken back in for same lady, she did show this time. Chased weekly to 23/12/25 at which point were asked to provide photos by service manager. 19/1/26 the warranty repair was authorised by VW. Weekly chasing followed to get it booked in with JCT600 paint shop. Eventually booked in for 3/3/26. On 6/3/26 we were told parts were needed and should arrive 9/3. On this date we called for an update. No work had yet been done on the car as the bodyshop say the paint will peel again. They say waiting for JCT 600 to get warranty authorisation for new parts. We then chased every few days. 17/3/26 we called in person to the branch and we were told that just that day VW had been provided with all part numbers required. Previously just parts had been listed, not specific part numbers. We were told this would be chased 18/3. We are a family of 6 and have been given a 5 seat courtesy car in place of our 7 seat car which has now been with JCT 600 for all this time. We have explained the urgency of requiring our car returning by 27/3. In the meantime we have missed a booked service, there has been no work on the warranty claim and we do not have a vehicle to drive that the family can all travel in.
Customer Service is appalling. We have had to chase and follow up at every opportunity and have made very little progress in getting the work done. JCT600 and VW warranty claims useless. Still don't have my car and warranty paintwork not even begun. JCT600 have now had my car 16 days.

Just got my mobility car from here and I could not ask for any better service Simon Jackson was a star in my eyes I had no car and needed to be mobile as my car had broken down and was beyond reasonable repair he sorted car in one week and the handover was done in no time with all my questions answered and the car set up for me
