Went into JCT 600 Merc Sheffield

Spoke to Rob regarding a new E Class and a new V Class, i run a chauffeur company

Rob took my details regarding my 3 year old trade in and promised me to send me a link of what they have available in stock ie Ex Demos nearly week later still no info. This is the second time i been very disappointed other time was with service seems all departments are the same.

Poor attitude

Disappointingly poor experience at the Leeds JCT store. A senior advisor’s lack of professionalism and courtesy was quite off-putting. Sadly, I won’t be continuing business and cannot recommend the store

I have used JT600 for 8 years

I have used JT600 for 8 years, I've had a service contract with them for the duration of owning my Mercedes. I have nothing but good experiences with dealing with my local branch and they have proved competitive and have shown compassion to my personal circumstances. I am loyal to companies that show flexibility and understanding when dealing with their customers. I would recommend JT600 to service and repair my car and although I am moving soon I will continue to have my service contract with this company. I would like to thank the staff at the Harrogate branch for their help and continued support 10/10

Absolutely avoid Audi Doncaster — careless, costly and unsafe

My experience with Audi Doncaster has been nothing short of a disaster. I originally brought my car in due to cold-start juddering and rattling from the camshafts. They claimed to fix it by replacing the camshafts and the water shut-off valve. Within a week, I discovered an oil leak.

I was told it would take six weeks just to look at the car. When I finally got there, I was told (without prior notice) I’d need to pay £300 just for diagnostics. I refused, having already wasted time driving from Nottingham.

A local garage I paid £150 diagnosed a dangerous leak from the bank 1 rocker cover, with oil leaking onto the exhaust. Audi eventually admitted this and repaired it under warranty—so much for “nothing to do with us.”

Then they claimed the bank 2 rocker cover gasket needed replacing too—for £1,200—despite no mention of this issue during the two previous visits, even after working on the camshafts and valves on bank 1. Very questionable.

And even after all this, the original cold-start juddering issue remains unresolved.

Audi Doncaster failed at every stage—misdiagnosis, lack of transparency, safety risks, and a disregard for customer time and money. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend others avoid them too.

JCT600 Seat Menston

My parents went with a fault in their car; okay it was two weeks outside of warranty; that's not an issue; What was disappointing was how they were treated by the Service Manager; Initially telling them it would be a diagnostic charge then charging them an additional two hours labour; Speaking to my parents who arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 5pm and there was a mobility customer who was also there as long; The service manager didn't show any empathy to them; The service agent, Stephen, who I spoke to was very understanding, but his hands were tied by the Service Manager; Ive since spoken to another dealership and their attitude is totally different; notes on their system that they are elderly; with an offer to take them to a local transport hub if they vehicle needs to be kept in; We don't expect special treatment but empathy goes a long way to helping an elderly couple understand.

Be aware of JCT Doncaster Audi they are scammers!

They take your deposit, promise you a car, then uplift the price at the very last minute after they think they’ve got you.

Unable to tax or use car 3 weeks on

Bought a Golf from here 3 weeks ago and the car is still sat at home in garage and unable to drive. Cant insure or tax as they sold the vehicle without correct logbook which I am still waiting for. Delays and lies and is a poor deal from a major company. 4 weeks to trial your vehicle for faults or unhappy with is nearly at its end!! Want to add the young salesman has been amazing and totally not his fault, this lies with the manager and the receiving and selling of cars without correct and viable paperwork.

Appalling service

Appalling service. In negotiations to buy a new A6. Despite being first to make an enquiry they messed us about for 48 hours during which time they sold it to someone else. If you want a straight answer from one of their sales team, you won't get one. They seem so busy trying to outdo each other to get a sale and commission, the customer comes a very poor second.

Excellent company, they’ve always been quick to help with car problems and finding parts. The staff are lovely and super helpful, it’s always a pleasure dealing with them ⭐️
