Although JEAKINS have good feed back you only need to look at the NEGATIVE to see a common theme .

Further to my recent review there was NO recorded delivery letter sent as claimed by Jeakins ( they have no proof ) and no intention of resolving the matter .
I did however receive an email which despite Jeakins previous email makes no attempt to find a mutually agreeable solution but was in fact full of lies and inconsistent with the facts .
Conveniently the reason why they didn't turn was the staff had covid but we're fine the next day.
REMEMBER THEY ONLY NEED TO LET YOU DOWN ONCE TO RUIN YOUR MOVE !!!!!!!!

After a very stressful day caused entirely by Jeakins and assisting the crew to unload which was completed around 19.30 in the evening both myself and the crew were just happy to finish as we were all tired .I gave all the crew a tip ( as they deserved it and was asked if I would just sign a piece of paper which I did ).
No explanation was given as to what I was signing ( I don't blame the crew it was a hot day and a late finish ) ,but I certainly didn't say I would recommend them or that they provided a good service ( why would I they turned up a day late with the incorrect number of staff ) I was so tired anyway and relieved the nightmare was over so Mr Jeakins feeble response holds no weight and just shows how desperate they are as a company .
Anybody is welcome to look at my reviews ( it just adds further weight to how desperate this company is ) .
Yes when I receive poor service, I ,like thousands of other people use Trustpilot ,that's what it is designed for Mr Jeakins .
As I have previously said the only good thing about Jeakins is the Removal Team ( Fantastic Lads ) as for the owners their lies and petty response say it all .
They even LIED about sending a recorded delivery letter so be very aware of the type of people and company your entrusting your goods with especially if something goes wrong .
As for the comment about bargaining tool ,I don't bargin with liars .
WHY TAKE A CHANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE WHEN THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER MORE RELIABLE AND HONEST COMPANIES ABOUT .

Recently used Jeakins Removals to move home. Excellent service and ALL the staff were kind and helpful. Our team - Danny, Jordan and another lad - worked amazingly well together. They worked very hard and professionally. These three kept us ‘sane’ on a very stressful day.

If you are looking for a removal company we would highly recommend Jeakins removals. Mick and Ben worked non stop loading the lorry, driving 50 miles to our new house and unloading straight away on the hottest day of the year. They were really careful with all our belongings and made sure they put everything where we wanted it to go. We cannot fault the service from start to finish. The process of booking the removal was also very easy. Thank you to everyone at Jeakins and well done for giving a professional and friendly service.

From start to finish jeakins removals have been fantastic. We had two dates fall through and then the final date was confirmed 2days before the move and the team were so accommodating! On the day, the guys were professional in every way, protecting all our home and its items at both ends of the move. Honestly could not recommend this company enough! Friendly and efficient service. Everybody we dealt with was helpful and professional. We had a little delay on the day moving into our new home, but the removal men were able to help with this and kept in communication with us so we knew what was going on. Several family members have used Jeakins for both national and international moves and I can't recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Jeakins Removals enough! Absolutely 5 star. We met 7 members of the team over two days of removals and everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous and very hard working, just what you need with ‘strangers’ coming into your home and handling personal belongings, they soon made us feel comfortable with their great personalities. As we all know, moving can be a little stressful but Jeakins made it as smooth as possible, they were friendly, very hard working and put everything into my new house exactly where I needed it.

We recently used Jeakins after being recommended by my daughter and son in law. Their quote was very competitive via Michelle. Vicky in the office was always on hand to answer any question and Danny and his team, who worked for two days in the 27 degree heat were amazing. Their approach, customer service and knowledge was above and beyond the call of duty.
I would, without doubt recommend Danny and his team.

Jeakins Removals were recommended to us and they were excellent from start to finish. We had a big move over a 3 day period. Michelle surveyed the move and I spoke with Vicky from the office both of whom were very helpful and kept me calm throughout. Our allocated removal team of Lewis, Gavin and associates were absolutely superb. They took care with our belongings and I cannot praise the guys enough for their great work. From the initial call to the final house move, the Jeakins team were all fantastic.

I originally contacted Copsey's removals for a short notice move that they could not oblige. They passed me on to William at Jeakins (by name) and said whilst they were a smaller business than Copsey's, they would provide the same experience.

This was 100% correct. We had no issues on the day of the move, the team were upbeat and positive (despite pouring rain and having to deal with our Rottweiler).

I would (and have) recommended the team to other people because of how easy they made it for us. Thank you all.

The worst removal company . They are totally untrustworthy.

Absolutely superb from initial quote stage to moving day. Great value for a long distance move and the guys moving our belongings were excellent. Highly recommend using Jeakins.

I made an enquiry last week with Jeakins regarding the relocation of my Hotspring Spa. This involved moving the spa from one level in the garden to a lower level. This is part of an on-going garden project. Jeakins confirmed they would be able to action the move which was completed today. The end to end experience was very good with no fuss. The 4 guys who attended the property were very professional and got straight to the challenge of relocating the 265kg spa with no issues. Great job by all involved.

Second time we have used Jeakins Removals now and can honestly say they were brilliant from start to finish. On time, friendly removal guys & very reasonably priced. Would recommend anyone to use Jeakins for their removal needs 👍🏻

From start to finish we found Jeakins really helpful and were competitively priced. The guys who moved us didn't stop all day and certainly earned their pay! We didn't need to use their (un)packing services but everything was delivered to where we asked in the new house (which was over 3 storeys) without quibble.
