I didn’t like a single item unfortunately and so I needed to make a return. I was shocked to find out that I had to actually request this as they try to push you to exchange instead. Once I finally managed to get a return label, I sent the items back and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t processed my refund. I’ve sent several chasers and I’m still waiting to hear back. My order was over £1000 .

STAY AWAY FROM JELENEW!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ordered a variety of their shorts, bibs, and jerseys... absolute rubbish. They took my money and made all sorts of excuses not to issue a return authorization or any refund once items were returned. I had to file fraud charges to my bank, who took over their mess. Instead of refunding my money, they made an "offer" of 30% off toward future purchase. They couldn't pay me to wear their crap
The ordered product was of good quality and true to size. However, I was very disappointed that it was shipped (mail) directly from China and correspondingly the delivery took about two weeks.
Company does not provide return label, however on the website you see "free retun" policy band. Bad service. Will not buyer there again. The product was on discount but the information about exclusion of these products is hidden, or not so clear stated as a banner of free return. So I was forced to keep the product 😐
