My family and I used JetFinder for a trip from Dubai to the Maldives for our annual vacation. We booked an Embraer Praetor 600 and it was perfect for our family of five. The cabin was spacious and comfortable for the eight hour flight. The kids had plenty of room to move around and the entertainment system kept them occupied. The crew was wonderful with the children and made sure we had everything we needed. The private terminal in Dubai made the departure stress free. We arrived feeling rested and ready for our holiday. The booking process was easy and the team helped us with all the arrangements including ground transportation. I would highly recommend JetFinder to anyone looking for a seamless private jet experience. We are already planning our next trip with them.

Last month we negotiated with JetFinder to book a private jet. We made full prepayment for a particular jet, but there were some difficulties with the air operator; they did not confirm the flight. We requested a refund from JetFinder. JetFinder confirmed.

JetFinder informed us that they would issue a refund shortly within a week. We reminded them a few times, they apologized for the delay. Now they are not replying us, ignoring us and they still haven't made the refund.

Please, be aware.
