Leute ich habe den Fehler gemacht und trotz der schlechten Bewertungen bei Joancee bestellt und NEIN TUT ES NICHT.
Hört nicht auf die guten Bewertungen. Die verkaufen Billigschmuck aus China! Joancee ist eine Dropshipping Firma, die sich daran dumm und dusselig verdienen.
1. Sie haben Lieferverzögerung gehabt trotzdem zusätzlicher 18€ Versand für schnellere Lieferung. 18€ habe ich wiederbekommen, nachdem ich mich mit Paragraphen bei Ihnen beschwert habe.
2. Die Ware ist billig. Von der Verarbeitung bis zum Material, unglaublich
3. Die Optik auf den Online Fotos entspricht NICHT der Realität, digga mein Ring sieht so bescheuert aus von der Seite, weil die Fassung SO hoch ist. Auf den Online-Bildern wurde die Höhe schön kaschiert.

Shipping was crazy fast and the packaging was super cute. honestly this ring looks even better in person than the photos. love it.

Paid 150 for a 3 set beautiful Ring from the picture. When I put the ring on it was too big and bulkier than a “normal” ring to the point of rubbing against my other finger. . Paid over 150 and in order to return it they wanted us to pay for shipping. Which was a ridiculous amount, like 70 bucks. So was it really worth sending it back for a smaller size , would it still be bulky? Offered a percentage of our money back which was 50 bucks and let us keep the ring.

Have not got jewelry, been 2 months

I bought a 3 piece halo 925 cut sterling silver wedding set. I paid for expedited shipping for 6-8 days which was an extra 17 dollars. I paid 142.95 and after 17 days whe usps got the package they seized it as counterfeit postage. Now they won’t answer me or give me a refund. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered ring then read reviews & was worried! However apart from length it took to arrive was very pleased. The ring came in a beautiful box and the ring itself is lovely and worth the money!

This company Joancee took my payment from afterpay. Convinced afterpay that the product was sent and the tracking still says New York and I am in Alabama. They said my package was delivered and I have received nothing. This is a scam.

The pictures don't do justice I just got mine and I have no words for how stunning this ring.

I was really nervous after reading these reviews, but when I got my ring, it's so beautiful, well worth the price.

Still haven’t received my package it says pre shipment

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I ordered a necklace 20th October 2025 and paid expedited delivery $20 whim was stipulated as ( 3-5 business days ) never received item and disputed the payment with my bank . This is still ongoing to try and recoup my payment back. The emails were not consistent or truthful of what the situation was … the company when emailed me to say I had received the order when putting tracking number in their website it said it was still in preparation. ! Stay away is my opinion of this company. Plus after reading the feedback on here I wish I’d read it before I used this company. As I certainly would not have considered buying from this company if I had read the comments of customers experiences .. hope this helps ..

After reading the reviews after the purchase thought i’d never get it or wouldn’t even get a refund but during the time of the delivery it was supposed to be here from 01/11/25-05/11/25 but had arrived 12/11/25 and that was on standard delivery but besides the fact of delivery. The communication about delivery was really good.
Despite the bad reviews i would shop here again.
All they need to sort out is delivery times and dates etc.

Overall the ring is everything the picture showed on the website came to size everything.

My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from this company and I absolutely love it. The ring is gorgeous, it’s beautifully made. I’ve had no issues with the ring and I’ve received so many compliments on it. 100% recommend.

The ring is absolutely beautiful but the ad is misleading. I had the main and side stones tested and they are not natural or lab created white saphires.They tested at a 6 on the measure of hardness scale (MOHS) which is the equivalent of glass. Saphire is a 9 (CZ is an 8). The picture shows this ring next to my moissenite ring. You can see how cloudy this stone is where white saphire is more clear than moissenite. If you don't mind the cheap stones for the price, it is a great substitute or fashion ring.

This Company is so full of it!!!! I will never order from them again!!!!! Don't waste your money or energy!!!! They shouldn't even be in business.....Spent so much money on Crap!! Why are they even allowed to lie and say something is sapphire when it's not??

For such an expensive ring I’m so disappointed. It just looks so fake, like something from a costume shop or gumball machine. It’s pretty but the stones are white, not clear and sparkly as the pictures show. I wouldn’t wear it in public I’m sorry to say.

Awful experience- was given a beautiful ring on proposal for it to lose half of its stones a few weeks later. Barely even wore it out of the house and since replies from the company have been awful. Absolutely no customer service, no apology. They offered to give me 40% off of a new purchase… but we don’t want a new purchase this ring was special it was our engagement ring and now I don’t want my partner to buy another ring from this company for it to fall apart again. It was a waste of money. Don’t recommend! Don’t buy!

I was really worried that I wouldn’t receive my order especially with all these bad reviews. I made a mistake and put the wrong zip code. I was able to email them to fix it and they did exactly what they said. Tracking worked well. 11 days later (today) I got a notification that the package was delivered at the door. Smooth shipping and delivery and love the ring. I guess I got lucky!
