Purchase of car was easy and practically all done online.
Only issue was insurer having difficulty finding the car, sales invoice didnt have all info they required which made it stressful. Got there in the end.

Purchase of the Q3 was a relatively straightforward and pleasung experience. All people involved in the sale were very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful throughout.

I recently had my car repaired at Body Shop Aberdeen and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I left my car for a couple of days, the usual timeframe they needed and throughout the process, I received regular phone updates on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated.

When I collected my car, I was absolutely shocked (in the best way!). The work they had done was incredible and my car looked brand new. I honestly didn’t expect such a high level of quality.

As this was my third Audi from John Clark Aberdeen the experience was straight forward. From viewing the car forecourt to the collection of the Audi that I purchased was easy due to the salesmen and other staff.

We contacted John Clark as we wanted to buy a car they had just advertised. Unfortunately the car was sold but the salesman, Ryan Fitzpatrick, managed to source one with the exact same spec. We are happy with it and picking it up tomorrow.

The whole process from my initial inquiry to driving the car home was easy and hassle free. Alasdair, Mark and Peter were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout. They all made a point of explaining the process and next steps making it easy to understand options, timing and who was doing what. Friendly helpful staff who didn’t pressurise you into buying a car

The process of ordering and receiving my car was quick with sales staff responding to my questions quickly.
Copious amounts of emails from Audi were not so appreciated though.

The experience was totally painless. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and very helpful. Any queries I had were answered very quickly and very honestly. There was absolutely no sales pressure put on me. It was Steve Ross I dealt with mainly and he was extremely helpful. P.S. I’m delighted with the car.
