I’ve had great service from Steve who sold me my Cupra, this was my first car purchase and he made me feel really at ease and was so clear and patient with me. Absolutely chuffed with my car as well!

A quick review on a recent experience with Daniel Ellwood

So my Daughter purchased a car from John Clark Skoda Dundee and delt with Dan Ellwood it was a huge purchase for her especially not being able to see the car as we are in South Wales.

We were put in contact with Dan Ellwood and from start to finish he's been absolutely brilliant he's a credit to John Clark Motor Group.

His communication , Attention to detail , Honesty and the trust we gained we honestly cant fault him from start to finish.

His Video presentations were amazing even showing us a video of the underside and engine running and the car being loaded onto a transporter ( 5 Videos in total )

I would not hessite in dealing with Dan again

I visited the new Cupra/Skoda/Seat garage just off the Dundee Kingway today looking for some information on the Cupra Born.
Let’s just say Wow’ what a beautiful showroom.
It’s just a shame there wasn’t any human interaction maybe that’s the new way of selling new cars.

Steven was friendly, professional, and gave good advice. He took time to listen and understand my requirements for the new car, and after a few days, found a fantastic option for me. The purchasing of the car and setting up the finance was painless and quick through great use of online applications, and the car was made available and ready for me very quickly.

Steve was very good throughout the whole experience, keeping me informed at all stages.

Overall experience has been amazing and Harry has been a great help, also knows his stuff really well!

Picked up vehicle and delivered on time. Disappointed that the car wasn’t valeted and radio tuned to another station

We were made to feel welcome, options on cars available were made clear. We made our own decisions and didn’t feel any sales pressure

Completely painless. Dropped car off in the morning for it’s safety recall work. Work was carried out with no issues and I picked it up at 5. No hiccups or hold-ups …

After ordering a car from this dealership last year, to then be told that the monthly payments that I was qouted were actually higher than the agreement, this was by the sales coordinator who stood in for the salesman who was busy at the time ,was flabergasting.

I was then promised that it would have to be looked into and get back to me that day , which never happened.

I then called and spoke to the sales person that I was dealing with and he confirmed that the price was in actual fact the same that he agreed last year .

I then cancelled the car
on speaking with the coordinator as she was full of excuses rather than being honest and saying she made a mistake. Total lack of trust at this point .

After raising a complaint regarding the experience, I was then told the sales manager would contact myself regarding my complaint which has never happened.

I will mention that the sales man was fantastic through the whole experience, such a shame the sales coordinator wasn't the same .

After many years of using the JC motor group for many cars, it was time to move on .

I booked in advance for warranty repair investigation, MOT, end of warranty check and minor paint chip touchup, taking full day. On arrival, they were expecting only to do warranty repair investigation and MOT. They added the end of warranty check (reported nothing was found ... so I don't know for sure it was actually done), but said they did not do paintwork - even though there was a guy on site doing some that very day! Asked for evidence they'd agreed to do the paint, but I'd already sent that in advance.
In summary - what was the point in arranging things in advance, as no attention was paid to requests and even their feasibility?

First class service and swift work carried out!
