Great service
Scott was very good keeping us up to date what was happening regarding us receiving our new car. Wecannot fault him at all . It was the first time we had used John Clark - Dacia and we had no problems what so ever.

From the moment we stepped in we felt welcomed by Matthew. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept us updated with everything. We bought a car for my partner and will be returning to see Matthew next year when I’m due an upgrade.

Friendly staff
The woman on the front desk (apologies, I do not know her name) is a breath of fresh air. Very welcoming and approachable. Remembers customers and looks after them well.
Scott did his utmost to find a suitable car for me. In the end I was pleased with my purchase (test drove two cars). Scott kept in touch throughout the experience. Lovely to deal with him and would do again in the future.
I have dealt with this dealer since 2018.

I recently purchased the Dacia Duster extreme and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
Staff were friendly, knowledgable and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my personal needs.
The car itself is everything I wanted and more to be honest.

Reserved a car online with refundable…
Reserved a car online with refundable deposit on the 5th June. Upon seeing the car and experiencing the very hard sell tactics about which finance to opt for, I decided against purchasing the car and went elsewhere. I was assured my deposit would be refunded. It is now almost 2 months later and I have yet to receive this back after multiple requests to the branch to which I am told it will be in my account within 3-5 days. Completely untrustworthy, and I wonder how many others don't receive their deposit back.

Quick friendly service
Enquired about a used car and was put touch with Nicole at the Aberdeen Dacia branch. She kept me fully up to date with the status of the car. When NIcole was on days off Lewis took over and was very helpful and patient while I viewed the car. Within the next couple of days Nicole and Lewis were able to get everything in place for me picking up my car 3 days after viewing. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, never once did I feel pressured to make any decisions and they made the whole process very easy.
