Lovely customer service from Russell at seat John Clark in Dundee. He took the time to make sure that i was happy and very accommodating.

Was told the car I bought was going to be valeted before I collected but when I picked it up I found that the car was filthy and hadn’t been properly cleaned so I had to deep clean it myself, also sold with no locking wheel nuts which they had promised to post up to me and still have not received them, once they have your money they don’t care about after sales. Shocking

Really good customer service, Steven who looked after me found me the car I really wanted. Test driving a car was so straightforward. My car got in to the garage with a faulty rear view mirror so he really wanted it sorted properly and gave me a car for 4 days until my car was ready. All in all great service

This is the 3rd Arona we've bought from you and we were very happy with the assistance and help we got from Steven. We are pleased with the car, the only grumble being that there are too many settings which require to be adjusted in comparison with our earlier Aronas.
