First week i lost 1pd so i’m still new. Currently on my 3 haven’t lost but i understand it’s a process. And every time i reach out with questions the response has been so great so in thankful.

In two months I was able to loose 10 pounds which does not seem like a lot, but I have tried for years without any success. I gained weight do to a fertility treatment about 2 years ago and I have not been able to lose a single pound. Delilah has significantly helped in the process.

So far (4 months on the shot) I've felt good and have been losing 2 pounds almost weekly. I have lost 30 lbs. I feel great. Now the rest will be weaning off and how that goes and then keeping the weight off. I feel like my eating and drinking habits have been reset.

Easy communication options and thorough information/instruction on medication and dosage.

Membership and assessment was easy. The process to receive the medication was smooth. I was disappointed in the lack of communication of the next steps I needed to take after taking the prescription. I received my first prescription and then when it was time for my refill, I was deemed "inactive". I don't know what I did or did not do to be "inactive". All I knew from that point was that if I wanted to continue with the program, I would have to purchase a different medication. I did send an email asking what I did to be considered "inactive" and what I needed to do to change to "active". The response I got was that I needed to change to the new medication. I did not get any explanation regarding my status.

Delilah reached out to me after Ive lost 300lbs and hit a wall at 240lbs. Tomatoes how much I worked out or ate healthy I couldn't lose anymore. Until I joined Delilah. The first month I was down by 12lbs. I just had knee replacement so that was with no excersize during my recovery. My doctor's all approved and I am still o. It today!

They stay on top of prescriptions-I've read reviews from other companies where people don't get their meds on time to properly keep up with treatment. This isn't like that. They follow up with you regularly, and answer questions promptly.

Customer service was excellent

In month 2 and have actually gained 2 lbs and feel no difference with cravings or feeling full. Contacting support is very difficult as it's always someone different responding and they don't seem to communicate internally. No continuity in their responses (other than "it takes time"). I asked to speak with someone from their medical team, and got a text from customer support that "it takes time". Requested free bloodwork they advertise and am getting the run around. Starting to wonder if the medication is a placebo. Adding a note that customer service continues to contact me, and I have yet to here from an actual medical provider. They are also denying covering labs even though the meds aren't working and they advertise on their site labs are included. Complete run around with placebo meds.
