I’m a month in, it’s costly but it’s working! Lost 14 lbs so far and customer service has been great when I have questions.

Delilah works for me!

Delilah has helped me on my health journey and I have been successful so far on my tenth week and down 13 lbs. I have been stuck for a while without the ability to lose any weight, sometimes even seeing my weight climb up and I was losing hope until I decided to try Delilah! I gave this company a chance after it…

I gave this company a chance after it took over a month to get my first prescription, and yet again in the same predicament. I should have a refill already (especially after I was charged for it three weeks ago) and still no product. It sometimes takes 2-3 days to get a reply via email. They are not at all on top of what they are selling to their customers. Given the amount of money this cost they should do a better job at communicating.

Fraud of a company

The monthly billing makes zero sense if there’s no medication being sent. I have yet to receive an explanation as to what is included with that cost if medication is not involved. The invoice literally says MONTHLY TIRZEPATIDE. I have no issue spending that on medication, but to charge me when I’m not receiving anything is absurd. On top of that, it took way too long to even get a response from anyone about that issue. Hope you restructure your pricing if you want customers to stick around.

Doesn’t work

Too expensive, doesn’t work. Didn’t lose weight they kept me on the same low dosage that explained wasn’t working x they do have good communication though.

Bad customer service

Be careful working with this company. They are taking money for product they do not have. After many messages back and forth regarding this issue, and then being offered another product that was not delivered timely, I asked to cancel my order. I was assured by the company the item was cancelled, and then it was still shipped, and I was not refunded. I found the entire experience to be nontransparent and dishonest.

Delilah didn’t do what they said

Delilah didn’t do what they said. I wouldn’t trust them. They took my money but didn’t do what they said. I did get my money back. But had to get my CC ppl involved. They gave me the excuse they couldn’t get semiglutide because it wasn’t available.

I’m very happy with the decreased food…

I’m very happy with the decreased food noise! I’m eating healthier based on how hungry I feel during the day. I had to adjust my dosage because I read the instructions wrong and got a late start on onloading. I am now on schedule with .25 a week and look forward to continued success.
I’m pretty happy with the increased feeling of self-esteem and healthy eating habits.

No communication

I have submitted messages to support regarding my prescription and I have not heard back. I’ve read reviews how people have communicated via text and I have not had that experience. There’s no communication and my prescription says pharmacy delay since my first order. I keep getting emails about mandatory check-ins but I can’t complete them if I haven’t even gotten my first prescription.

WAITING FOR SCRIPT TO BE FILLED - DELAYED

Started on April 27th and paid in full as of to date. I have been approved and 11 days later still waiting for script to be filled & sent. There was no feedback to my advising there was a delay - In the meantime got an email to evaluate how the treatment is and to complete for refill....

The thing no one talks about

The hype around this medication is everywhere. People crowing about snatched waistlines, and before and after pix that always elicit a there's no freakin way that's the same person response from me.

I was not sold.

I find the word snatched kind of unpleasant and there was no way in the world I was doing a before picture. Obviously, there was no full-length mirror in my bathroom. Who does that to themselves?

But I liked the vibe on Delilah. It was grown-up and real. So I signed up and began my weekly shot of semiglutide.

Bad part first.

The occasional nausea is exactly like morning sickness, which I didn't like at 35 and really don't like at 62, but it's manageable for sure.

Now the good part. It's gone. Yes the weight, duh, fifteen pounds I think. I don't know exactly. All I know is I now need a belt for my precious 20-year-old khakis from Patagonia.

But really more important is that the thoughts, the self-esteem destroying, obsessive and continuous thoughts about the food I put or don't or shouldn't or can't put in my mouth.

How much of the cheese board did I eat, how many carbs is too much? Am I addicted to sugar? Because a bag of sour patch kids for lunch is troubling. I should find out about my cortisol levels, that seems to be a thing. Keto, I'll go back and do Keto. That worked for a hot second but that's all you talked about, like when you started kettlebells. Fasting. Oh who's kidding who? Bread. You just have to stop eating bread.

It never ended. Until now. And the absence of the incessant chatter is the gift no one tells you about. Well, I'm telling you about it, so there's that.

What's stunning is I have so many more hours in the day now, to garden more, to go back to school, to reconnect with old friends.

I have a joyful, curious life again, because my constant frenemy food; getting it, eating it, obsessing over it, punishing myself for it, is gone. Just gone. I eat human-sized portions when I am hungry and then I get on with my life.

Now, doesn't that sound grand? I see you nodding your head.

But don't thank me. Thank Delilah. It works.

No product delivered and non responsive

I’ve been through onboarding. PCP clearance and I’ve not received any medication - despite payment and approval. No one answers my inquiries and the portal says pharmacy delay. I’ve submitted two emails, texted a nurse

By way of an update: I’ve paid, now received medication - but not included with the medication was a way to administer it. Directions indicate syringes were included - but none were to be found.

Joined and have not received medication…

Joined and have not received medication nor any communication as to updates , canceled today and requested refund but still no responses. I heard great things is why I chose them but very disappointing . My experience is just like the others with the poor reviews
